We had a great stay. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. We’d love to stay again sometime!

The house was all we wanted and more! The view of the golf course over the fire pit in the evening was awesome! We played catch in the yard and used the hot tub in the evenings. The mini golf course next door was a huge hit with my boys. All in all, a great place to stay, everything we needed/wanted, definitely recommend and we will be coming back to play some golf next time!

Thank you for the great set up in your home for a fun filled family long weekend while we celebrated our son’s graduation. The home had a very large open floor plan which made for a great set up for our large family. They loved the huge sun porch with table and chairs, large backyard, hot tub, pool and we had a fire every night at the fire pit with s’mores. The home is clean and maintained well and it was easy to communicate with Hannah. Thanks so much for the great Airbnb!

Stayed here while visiting my daughter and her husband who live locally. There was plenty of room and everything we needed. Host was very responsive and even shared about some local events happening. The house was clean and the beds comfy.

We had three couples split this abnb, and had a wonderful weekend! It’s close to downtown, drivable. And within walking distance a a couple good places to eat. The hot tub was an amazing amenity and was spotlessly clean and in fantastic working order.

Wonderful place to stay with a large family! We all felt comfortable and enjoyed the space together. The backyard is a wonderful bonus with dogs. Driving through the neighborhood, you wouldn't expect the privacy you end up experiencing at David's property. Felt safe with the home security options. And David was very proactive with communication, leaving my end of things to be simple. Highly recommend!!

Erin’s place was perfect for our extended family’s visit to participate in the EMC Dam to DSM. We took advantage of the deck to have outdoor dinners at the huge table, relax on the furniture at night, and therapy in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again, and therapy price was fantastic!

Colby’s Instructions were very helpful and clearly written it’s obvious he is very experienced. The house was beautiful plenty of space to sit, sleep, and eat and in a quiet spot. The amenities were great having a dumpster there was very helpful multiple fridges and plenty of parking. The barn was very cool my guests were not expecting anything like that, we all had a lot of fun and had no problems keeping the place clean and following the rules.

The apartment we rented from Midwest Hospitality was close to everything we needed in West Des Moines, it’s extremely spacious and was perfect for a long weekend with my family.

Staying with Susie is now a yearly trip for us. She is an amazing host and you cannot beat the charm of the town. My daughter looks forward to this stay more than any other we take. Can’t recommend staying here enough.

The place was conveniently located, very good size, and the price seemed reasonable. It did indicate that the evenings were loud with a bar/restaurant across the street, but we knew that going into it. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so very much.

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

Perfect for our short trip to West Des Moines.

Stayed here for 3 months on a travel contract. The area felt super safe in the middle of a suburb, and close proximity to a lot of places to eat and shop. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here especially if for an extended period of time

Highly recommended home and host! We stayed at this property before with a family member and we were very impressed, so were glad to find it available for our most recent trip. It is clean, quiet, close to great things to do and restaurants, and feels very comfortable. Very good communication and we felt very welcomed. This will definitely continue to be our first choice every time we visit Des Moines!

This place was perfect for our trip to Des Moines. The touches and theme of the house were so fun. It would be great if there was a fenced area, however there is a large grassy area that is perfect for pets. We would stay again!

Gorgeous older home with modern amenities. Original wood floors and windows with character. Dedicated workspace. Private fenced backyard with gas bbq. Access to garage for parking. Walkable to Big Grove Brewery, grocery store and coffee. Fantastic and responsive host. Informational guest book. It was everything we had expected and hoped it would be. Frankly, we were sad to leave the home and the friendly people of Des Moines.

Great place! Helpful instructions provided regarding parking. Large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms with heated toilet sets, say less! Kitchen was perfect size and provided anything and everything you’d need. Would highly recommend!

Very quaint. Very clean. They have TVs in both bedrooms which we love and all the apps loaded so very easy to use
