Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Des Moines

Homeland was just that! Home! We had an amazing time! There was a lot to do in and out of the home! We played tons of the games in the home, hot tub, sauna, grilling day for my son’s birthday… so much to do! If you are reading this…. Thank you for the great set up in your home for a fun filled family long weekend while we celebrated our son’s graduation. The home had a very large open floor plan which made for a great set up for our large family. They loved the huge sun porch with table and chairs, large backyard, hot tub, pool and we had a fire every night at the fire pit with s’mores. The home is clean and maintained well and it was easy to communicate with Hannah. Thanks so much for the great Airbnb!

Robert was very kind. we hosted a wedding here and were stressed about the venue and he helped ease our anxiety. it’s a beautiful place with lots of bedrooms. it was so peaceful there. i recommend this place if you need a peaceful get away!

Luis was very fast at responding to my questions. This place was very well kept and bigger than I was expecting. I would definitely stay here again.

Julie's place is beautiful! We walked through the front arch each day and experienced the beautiful smell of the flowers! Great location with amazing houses around to admire. We spent a peaceful breakfast and dinner using the spacious front and back porches. The house had everything we needed and more! I highly recommend this home to stay at if you are in the area!

House was perfect for our short trip, and the host was very responsive and friendly!

My friends and i traveled 4 hours to Des Moines for a comedy show and we got to stay at the cutest little house! It was clean, easy to find, and the cutest decorations!! We felt just at home and loved the local recommendations they left out for us! We had some questions during our stay and Hannah was very responsive and helpful to us! We would definitely recommend staying here!!

This property will be our first choice any time we stay in the area again. We loved it. I can’t say enough about the hospitality we received. The house was super clean and we have never had such a well supplied kitchen. Lori and her husband were so friendly. It was the best Airbnb property we have ever booked.

Place was nice and quiet.

I was in Des Moines for the week of state wrestling and the property had everything I needed at a much cheaper price than a hotel. Wells Fargo Arena is within the vicinity and there are many things to do in downtown Des Moines in close proximity to the area.

My daughter and I visited the Pella Tulip festival and wanted to extend our trip so we came here to see/hike the high trestle bridge & visit the arboretum. Renee’s place was great for our visit! Easy to find & get in, the place was super cozy and comfortable! Private outdoor space with the balcony was nice. The bathroom was clean and functional. The kitchen has everything we needed - a stove/oven with plenty of cookware, fridge & microwave, coffee maker, plenty of dishes. Beds were comfortable with good blankets and pillows. The only negative I found was that the keys were a little difficult to lock/unlock door. I would recommend and return!

Staying with Susie is now a yearly trip for us. She is an amazing host and you cannot beat the charm of the town. My daughter looks forward to this stay more than any other we take. Can’t recommend staying here enough.

I had a wonderful stay at Dallas’s Airbnb! From the start, Dallas was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the booking process smooth and easy. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. The place was conveniently located, very good size, and the price seemed reasonable. It did indicate that the evenings were loud with a bar/restaurant across the street, but we knew that going into it. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so very much.

I had a great stay while in Des Moines, the apartment was very nice and had everything that I needed for my stay. Also close to restaurants within walkable distances. I recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Des Moines!

We love staying in Allen’s home! So clean and comfy. We are a group of ten and had such a wonderful stay. The homemade sour dough bread was a delicious and thoughtful welcome! Highly recommend.

Beautiful location and the place was spotless. Host was very responsive and accommodating. He came to greet us at check in and made sure we knew where everything was. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! Our kids loved sleeping in the loft and playing in the playground. It's a cute little place, perfect for what we were looking for.

I had two different guests come on the same weekend. John was flexible in working with us to make sure he could accommodate both parties. My guests loved the spot and would definitely want to stay again when they come back! I highly recommend this little piece of heaven.
