You need to see this newly remodeled Gorgeous Home with Modern Features. Main floor has an awesome white kitchen w/ top of the line stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. The 2 main floor bathrooms are amazing with stunning tile work. Main floor also has new carpet in the BRs & beautiful LVP flooring in other areas. The lower level has 3 more bedrooms, LR & full bathroom w/shower & a nice laundry room/could be a kitchen. This home sleeps 11-12 people in beds & more if we put set up extra beds.

Welcome Home! My home is right off I-35, easy access for all you travelers. Includes garage parking for one car! It’s at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping, and movies just minutes away. Downtown DSM is only 10 mins and Ames is 20 mins. There's walking and bicycle paths very close. I can't wait to meet you! Safe travels! Comfortable room in eclectic home. Old house...1890's...lots of old carved woodwork. Contemporart colorful artists touches throughout the home.Friendly people..art happens here...nice atmosphere. Mini fridge, snacks in the dining room,coffee bar in the pantry. . Close to drake university and downtown shops, concerts and nightlife. Nice porches to relax on….Pets are welcome. Calvin the cat will probably be around to welcome you. (He can go in and out as he likes. restaurants? ,just ask.

This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is a charmer! Remodeled just a few years ago so everything is clean, fresh and in working order. Great location! Only a few blocks to the town square for eats and shopping! If you enjoy unique art then you will love this house. This house is especially great for a summer visit with the front porch, back patio and lots of beautiful flowers. One dog only allowed 45 lbs and under with a $50 pet fee.
