Having lived in the home and loved the neighborhood with Silver Lake within walking distance and Mayo Clinic less than 10 minutes. A lower-level unit in an older home, plenty of windows and light, and includes a gorgeous bedroom with a fireplace, a full kitchen, a reading room, and a clean, updated bathroom. This home is also close to the Apache mall, the Canadian Honker and other local restaurants, coffee shops, and the walking/biking trail system. There is also Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking on-site.

This beautiful home is half a block from St. Mary's hospital, you can almost see it out the back door! Natalie’s place is the ideal space for rest, relaxation, waiting, and healing. We are within walking distance to St Marys Hospital and the Mayo Campus Shuttle, as well as many things, including a natural grocery store, restaurants, and parks. Free parking in your own driveway, skip the drive to the hospital as well as parking fees at the ramps, and walk the half block out the door!
