This home is also close to the Apache mall, the Canadian Honker and other local restaurants, coffee shops, and the walking/biking trail system. There is also Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking on-site.

Completely updated duplex! I put all my time, energy, and money to make this property perfect for my guests. I am a lifelong carpenter so I take pride in my work. I have painted every surface.(walls and ceilings) New appliances, sinks, curtains, trim, lighting and cabinets. There are many restaurants within blocks and a Walgreens a block away. I have put everything into making this space perfect for my guests so I expect all guests to respect it.
