Vacation rentals with breakfast in Iowa

Our group of 8 adults felt so welcome and comfortable in this space. Flexible check in and out. Beautiful view and all the supplies we needed. Beds very comfy and couches too. Any question we had answered quickly. Eggs and extra kitchen staples were so sweet and helpful. We had plenty of space to eat,relax and enjoy our weekend in the area. We enjoyed trains, boats, barges, bird, played bags Sunday by the tracks. Recommendations for restaurants in town good too!

The home is very clean and as described. Elaina is quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. There was an issue with our initial home we rented that was unexpected and beyond her control and she went out of her way to help us get into this home. We are very grateful for all she does!

Stay there for a soccer tournament close to TBK sports complex. Was everything we needed great simple stay would highly recommend.

The place was perfect. Close to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. Parking front or back. Great AC, clean and well stocked. Really appreciated the extras throughout the house. The kitchen had everything we could think of. Eon was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you

Ashley’s place was more than we expected! The house met my families needs and my kids had a blast with the arcade games. Lots of good memories were made in our short visit. She was very communicative. Would definitely stay here next time we are in town!

Pattee is such a gracious host. My husband arrived about a week before I did & he had nothing but great things to say about the place. When I arrived, I was so impressed with the cleanliness of Pattee's place. She labels everything, so you don't have to open & close a bunch of cabinet doors before finding what you need. The place is very spacious having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The view through the picture window in the living room is beautiful, from the tree in the yard, to the deer that walk past almost every evening. Pattee is very responsive & made us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay again.

My family came into town for my graduation and had this place booked. Gina was very helpful and responsive. We were having trouble finding a spot to have a grad party/dinner but Gina provided us with a couple of options and from those, o was able to get a reservation. When we checked in, the house was really clean and Gina had put up a banner congratulating me on my graduation! She also had donuts, cereal, snacks, milk and juice in the fridge! We weren’t sure if the previous occupants left the milk and juice but they were both unopened and fresh. My mom also needed a flat iron but we found that the iron wasn’t in the spot that Gina had mentioned, so at about 9:00PM, I texted Gina and she responded in less than 5 minutes! She gave directions on where it could be but since it wasn’t in the house, Gina went and bought a new iron! And this was about 9:20-9:30 PM. We’ve never had a host be that considerate. My family really appreciated that and loved staying at this Airbnb. DEF RECOMMEND

This is a great place. Clean, safe and well stocked with everything imaginable, that you might need. I would definitely stay here again !

I only stayed one night at Ryan’s place but it was such a good value as it would have cost me more to stay at a hotel for the night. Plus I had a kitchen, a living room, a kind size bed and a wonderful large bathroom. I wouldn’t have had access to all of that at a hotel. Everything was pristine clean and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. It was easy to find and the instructions to get in came with pictures so it was easy peasy. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

I rented this place for my son's family when our daughter, who lives right across the street, announced she was getting married. It was the perfect situation for our family and accommodated all of us. Worked out just great and was very nice.

Norma Jean & Daryl are welcoming, kind hosts with an absolutely beautiful property! They were attentive to our safety as there was winter weather and helpful at every turn. My friend & I were celebrating a milestone birthday and had a perfect stay at their place.

Why not stay at an airbnb that actually has a hot homemade breakfast?! This is one of only two that we've found on the site. The area was unique and charming. The hosts went out of their way to help us get in during the rain. Breakfast was tasty and accommodated our preferences. Conversations were intriguing and meaningful. We were simply passing through for a night but could see this being a lovely getaway. If you're in the Cedar Rapids area, don't miss this place!

Barb and Jeff’s home is absolutely stunning. It’s like walking into a better homes and gardens or Martha Stewart magazine. Loved all the attention to detail in the rooms, at breakfast, and the general area. We appreciated access to coffee/tea/hot chocolate and bottled water as well. The grounds are lovely and wish we’d had more time to enjoy the fire pit and gardens! Breakfast was amazing and liked that she even made some things that were native to the area. Fresh herbs in the water and lavender everything 💜 Thank you for restoring this beautiful home, and giving it your whole heart! Loved the lavender to take with (and the seeds). Thanks so much for having us stay!

Wonderful stay !! Beautiful home ! So cozy !

The property is so wonderful , and we felt right at home. The cozy atmosphere, and the beauty of being surrounded by horses is such a cool experience. The host Diane is so kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. She makes some mean scrambled eggs, is so generous. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you!!

Ms. Barbara is an absolute doll! She was very accommodating and always quick to respond to messages. Her breakfast is amazing and I loved that she used local products as well. Each room has its own unique style and I was really interested in the stories of each room. The bathroom and tub were amazing- it brought back memories from my Grandma’s house when I was little. The house has history as well, and the atmosphere was super cozy. The bed was almost too comfortable to want to get out of :) We will definitely plan another visit as soon as we can, and hope that Ms. Barbara isn’t booked up at the time. Thank you again for EVERYTHING, Ms. Barbara!!

This was by far the best experience me and my wife have had at an Air BnB/Bed and Breakfast. As soon as we booked, Miriam got in touch with us and sent us a list of cool places to visit and things to do. As soon as we arrived she was waiting for us on the porch and have us a tour of the property. Our room was great, it had everything you needed.The bathroom was beautiful and she had the shower stocked with homemade soap, shampoo, and conditioner. At night time she had the livingroom stocked with good wine for a nightcap. There is a complete kitchenette with a refrigerator and anything you need. In the morning Miriam made a delicious breakfast and had orange juice and coffee ready for us. Im a picky eater and she had heard that I usually only eat a poptart for breakfast so she went out of her way and made me a homemade poptart dish along with food for the other guests. She was so sweet and had such good stories. Shes so easy to talk to. We walked away with a lifelong friend.

Cynthia was great. Communication was excellent, property was beautiful, room was clean and comfortable. Cynthia’s breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
