What a find! The property is very well equipped and comfortable with beautiful views from the big windows. It was lovely to go to sleep to the sound of owls and to wake to birdsong and sheep. Megan was the perfect host, with thoughtful and useful communication. We’d love to come back!

From the moment you arrive you are surrounded by Cotswolds charm & tranquility. This is a very special place. A pleasure to have met Mark on arrival & upon entering the Hayloft you immediately see how both owners have put their heart and soul into making such a special space. It's truly magical & like other reviews have said before, one of the best Airbnbs out there for sure! Being a local I know the area & I don't think it gets much better than this. Your stress melts away literally the minute you arrive. The generous goodies were so welcomed local bread, bacon, sausages, butter, eggs and milk the kitchen was so well stocked you dont need for anything! Quality luxurious linens, super comfy bed, fluffy towels the luxuries are all there. Spotlessly clean & delighted to have a luxury shower room & also a luxury bathroom. Quiet location & utterly picturesque. The cows in the field where you park was one of the highlights, so calming. Our new fave place. Thank you Mark & Katie

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The jacuzzi was lovely! The hosts were great at providing us with all the information we needed for a stress free check in/out and a perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mini break. Peacocks were a lovely surprise seeing them walk around the estate. Thanks again! Lovely stay! Clean and inviting space with a wonderful view.

It was a quick couple of days stay in a very cute accommodation and the scenery was outstanding. Karen greeted us on arrival and offered us milk for a nice cup of tea. Would highly recommend for a quick getaway in the countryside and close enough to town.

We had a lovely stay. The Annex provided a comfortable and pleasant environment. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful amenities. We would happily recommend this Annex to others. There are also extra towels for the hot tub and blankets for the garden. We can highly recommend Emma as a host. She was very helpful, offered us fresh milk for morning coffee, and recommended great places for food, etc. The information book was also very helpful.

We stayed at the Cattle Byre for our first wedding anniversary - and first trip away with our puppy, Winston, too! The property was finished to a very high standard and had everything we needed for our stay; it felt like a home away from home. The welcome biscuits and bottle of bubbles was a special touch too! Gorgeous location, very peaceful and perfect for a relaxed break away. We’ll definitely be back!

We were 2 mums with 3 boys ranging from 2 to 8 yrs old. The cottage was perfect foe us and the boys loved seeing the lambs every day and having chance to bottle feed one of them each evening. There is loads to do with children in the local area and we had a fabulous stay. Our host were extremely helpful during our stay.

This was the first time that we'd used AirBnB and it was a bit of a revelation; the only downside being that Emma has set such a very high bar that we wonder whether everyone else will only prove to be disappointing by comparison! The original structure of Emma's cosy, quirky barn may be over 250 years old but she has clearly put a lot of thought into its renovation and the modern facilities offered. Considering the barn's rural location, it was genuinely a very pleasant surprise that (for a change!) the barn's tech all worked seamlessly, whilst several little personal, luxury touches and a truly warm welcome meant that we instantly felt at ease and relaxed in great comfort. We were desperate for a cosy, easy paced break within easy reach of a good local pub (The Snitterfield Arms) and nearby farm shop. Emma's Barn provided all that and more. It was such a tonic ahead of a second family funeral in 5 weeks, we only wish we could have stayed longer. We very much hope to return!

Really lovely hosts and such a lovely place! It’s perfect if you want a little get away with your partner to switch off and relax. That is exactly what we did. The farm animals were a great addition- my dog loved them and so did we! The hosts were so kind and helpful when needed. I would stay here again!! 10/10 xx

My wife and I stayed here for a portion of an overall longer trip. This was by far our favorite stay. A beautiful place just as described, with easy access to the surrounding community. We will be back if we get the chance.

Perfect stay! Absolutely faultless accommodation. Unique, modern, comfortable and peaceful! The hot tub was the best part! We had the best stay as a young couple and we used this as a base to explore as much of North Wales as we could! (Highly recommend hiring e-bikes from snowdonia bike hire). We can’t wait to return ☺️

Simon and Penny's cottage is great place to stay for exploring the surrounding areas and also within short driving distance to Worcester, Stratford upon Avon and many National trust properties. Driving is a must for eating out at any restaurants, although there is a pub within walking distance. If you prefer to eat in the kitchen is well equipped with necessary amenities. Simon is friendly and approachable and can advise about what is around the local areas, including directions and parking in Worcester and Stratford. Would highly recommend staying here at this cottage.

Our 3rd time at the Old Stables. Great location, great home and great hosts! Already booked back in for our 4th visit. Would highly recommend this property, over any others in the area, a beautiful peaceful outlook and a warm and comfortable home. Thanks Gillian & Martin

This was our first air B and B booking and we were very impressed. Firstly Andrew kept us informed pre arrival and was there to greet us. We felt very much at home and able to reach him if needed which we didn’t. We were particularly impressed with how clean the lodge was and at the attention to detail matching crockery, everything we could need in the kitchen and coordinated cushions, bedding etc. The bathroom was in an immaculate condition and again matching towels and the added beauty products. We would definitely re visit and pass on to friends and family. Thank you to both of you for a very pleasant stay.

Such a lovely place to stay! The house was very cosy and beautifully done, and the area around it is stunning - really peaceful and scenic. The hosts were amazing too - so friendly and quick to reply if we needed anything. We would 100% come back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We stayed for two nights after our wedding and it was if anything better than we hoped for. The space felt luxurious, with stunning views, perfect to hide away and watch all the weather the great British summer can throw at you. If anything the place is bigger in real life than the photo's convey and all the little touches from Irene made it feel like such a treat. The views are beautiful and I couldn't have asked for more in the way of both privacy and consideration from our host. Thank you so much for a truly memorable stay.

Valerie’s cottage is very peaceful and is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. The Old House Barn is very clean and had all the amenities you will need. Valerie provided us great recommendations for places to visit and some great restaurants. She is also quick to respond to any messages. I definitely give her and The Old House Barn 5 stars! We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

Throughout our stay the communication with Susan was first class. Immediately after booking we received detailed instructions to reach, and access, the property and also of what to expect once we got there. The Loft is situated in a quiet country setting. The Loft was superb, it was spotlessly clean throughout and everything looked new. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, a really nice touch was the Espresso coffmachine. We were able to make te andcoffee on our arrival and provided with breakfast for the next morning. The living and dining areas lwere very comfortable with modern decor. We used the free wifi and Netfix provided. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and a wonderful shower. I loved the gadgets in the house especially the touch pads on the walls which operated the temperature, lights and external door. This is easily of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at.

I booked this stay for my mum and partner who were over the moon with their time spent here. They came back and told me they thought it was such a beautiful accommodation, with stunning surroundings. Perfect for find a little respite, peace and quiet. They were delighted with how much was provided at the accommodation, Sarah had thought of everything.
