The Stable is a spacious property with everything you need for your stay. The bedroom is upstairs with a large & comfy bed & ensuite bathroom. The lounge area has various board games, books & foosball table to keep children & adults entertained. The kitchen & dining room is large and sunny. There is also a downstairs bathroom and utility room with washing machine. Yvonne was great to communicate with - quick to answer any questions. The fresh milk and scones on arrival was a nice touch. The Stable is well located for walks directly from the property or a short drive to the Forest of Dean. We enjoyed pizza & beer at the tap room at Bespoke Brewery in Littledean, dinner at Post in Newnham (highly recommend) & cider tasting at Severn Cider in Awre. It was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and beautiful peaceful surroundings. The home is outstanding. Loved the mezzanine and full windows. The views are spectacular. Homely and spotless. Thank you Megan for being a lovely host. So glad we chose to go here.

We loved our stay at Carolyn's cottage. The views are breathtaking and the cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. Very peaceful and private. The woods just across the road are beautiful and really big so you can vary your walks. The pub down the road in the pretty village (15 min walk) is lovely and the food was great. If you're looking for a place to relax, with beautiful views and walks on your doorstep, then this is a perfect place.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. The location and view is fantastic, we felt so at peace. Internally the property is well equipped and of the highest standard and very clean throughout. The deck in the evening, glass of wine and just listening to the birdsong, so very peaceful. Lots of electric outlets so no need for extension leads and a dimmable lighting system thats like a 70s disco until you get the hang of it 😄. I cannor fault Jeannie, or the property, well worth the cost. Such a lovely place. Thank you Jeannie for making our 20th wedding anniversary one to remember. David and Julie.

We loved our home for the week. It proved to be an ideal base to see the Cotswolds. There were shops a couple of miles away and we weren’t far from supermarkets in Evesham. The kitchen was well fitted, we Wanted for nothing. We will definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting to visit the Cotswolds.

We had a lovely stay. The Annex provided a comfortable and pleasant environment. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful amenities. We would happily recommend this Annex to others. There are also extra towels for the hot tub and blankets for the garden. We can highly recommend Emma as a host. She was very helpful, offered us fresh milk for morning coffee, and recommended great places for food, etc. The information book was also very helpful.

We stayed at the Cattle Byre for our first wedding anniversary - and first trip away with our puppy, Winston, too! The property was finished to a very high standard and had everything we needed for our stay; it felt like a home away from home. The welcome biscuits and bottle of bubbles was a special touch too! Gorgeous location, very peaceful and perfect for a relaxed break away. We’ll definitely be back!

High quality accommodation in a great location with lovely views from the private patio, very friendly helpful staff. We look forward to staying again!

This was the first time that we'd used AirBnB and it was a bit of a revelation; the only downside being that Emma has set such a very high bar that we wonder whether everyone else will only prove to be disappointing by comparison! The original structure of Emma's cosy, quirky barn may be over 250 years old but she has clearly put a lot of thought into its renovation and the modern facilities offered. Considering the barn's rural location, it was genuinely a very pleasant surprise that (for a change!) the barn's tech all worked seamlessly, whilst several little personal, luxury touches and a truly warm welcome meant that we instantly felt at ease and relaxed in great comfort. We were desperate for a cosy, easy paced break within easy reach of a good local pub (The Snitterfield Arms) and nearby farm shop. Emma's Barn provided all that and more. It was such a tonic ahead of a second family funeral in 5 weeks, we only wish we could have stayed longer. We very much hope to return!

Lovely little place. As it's on a farm we were expecting farmyard noises but just to people are aware, the pigs and be a little loud during the night, but they are adorable to easily forgiven. We did hear some music coming from somewhere late (past 23:00) on the first night but wasn't sure where it was coming from, my earplugs counteracted that so wasn't much of a bother. So yeah, nothing unexpected and was 10 times nicer than staying in a hotel. Host was very polite and checked in on our via messages which was very sweet of her. Would recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for a portion of an overall longer trip. This was by far our favorite stay. A beautiful place just as described, with easy access to the surrounding community. We will be back if we get the chance.

A lovely place to stay, nestled away in a lovely quiet village, the location is lovely, not too far from what you’d need. The space itself was immaculate, everything well looked after, clean and modern! Would highly recommend! Thank you Tony, and the lemon cake was a lovely touch!

This was our first air B and B booking and we were very impressed. Firstly Andrew kept us informed pre arrival and was there to greet us. We felt very much at home and able to reach him if needed which we didn’t. We were particularly impressed with how clean the lodge was and at the attention to detail matching crockery, everything we could need in the kitchen and coordinated cushions, bedding etc. The bathroom was in an immaculate condition and again matching towels and the added beauty products. We would definitely re visit and pass on to friends and family. Thank you to both of you for a very pleasant stay.

Another lovely stay at The Old Dairy and just as enjoyable as the last time. The barn is such a relaxing and comfortable space to spend time in that even if it was raining it would be a joy! A very special place run by lovely people. The farm shop is great and the plant sales tables are quite something! I wish we'd had more room in the car. We'll be back!

We’ve stayed in a lot of places and this is truly the finest! Everything is beyond spectacular. The location is perfect. Rural and tranquil, but close to town. The quality of the renovation is the finest. The furniture is by far the most comfortable. The bed is heavenly! We slept so well. This is by far the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed. Not a cobweb in sight. It’s luxurious, but comfortable and relaxed. We are already looking for an opportunity to stay again. Our hosts are truly super hosts! Friendly and available for questions.

Valerie’s cottage is very peaceful and is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. The Old House Barn is very clean and had all the amenities you will need. Valerie provided us great recommendations for places to visit and some great restaurants. She is also quick to respond to any messages. I definitely give her and The Old House Barn 5 stars! We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!
