The house is very spacious and airy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Excellent leisure area in the house and condominium, very suitable for those who will stay with children! The host was very attentive and promptly answered our questions.

We loved our stay at this beach house! Everything was super clean and tidy, which made our experience much more peaceful and enjoyable. The house had everything we needed — and even more —, super comfortable and practical. The location is amazing, about 10-15 min walk to the beach. We definitely want to go back and recommend it without a doubt to anyone looking for a well-kept and cozy place to rest.

The house is very comfortable and matches the listing descriptions exactly, Ana is always very attentive and responds quickly to messages! The house is in Massaguaçu and a 5-minute drive from Cocanha beach (the best beach in my opinion) more than one car fits in the garage and you can also bring animals, which is even better! I will definitely come back more often ☀️🩷

The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccably clean with well-kept furniture and utensils, it has a very beautiful and well-kept lawn, excellent for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and helpful, and André (owner) is very attentive and quick to answer questions, and is always concerned that everything goes in the best way. The only observation is a bar next door that is a little annoying until 2, 3 a.m., otherwise everything is very nice.

The house is wonderful, within nature and with an incredible view. We were super welcomed by the host. It was wonderful and we will be back for sure.

Everything was just beautiful! The house, the area, the view of the sea! Fantastic! We enjoyed it very much, Isilda was always immediately ready to answer our questions or give tips for excursions. Her maid is the pearl of the house, very attentive and fulfills all wishes. Breakfast ready, kitchen and the rest of the house is very clean and tidy. There is peace in the house, we didn't want to leave! But know for sure that we will come back! We thank Isilda from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we were able to spend in her house. 5 stars +, better than any hotel.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it's super well structured and clean. Hosts were thoughtful and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

Amazing place for those who rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general environment. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Swimming pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We'll be back for sure

Carmem is extremely proactive. From the very beginning, calling us and quickly answering all our questions. We left with a date back, because the house is extremely cozy. Tras Trás sensations similar as if we were in our mothers' house! The homemade is extremely kind! I recommend, recommend and recommend as many times as necessary! It turned our moment into something unique with such quality!

House much more beautiful than the pictures. All rooms are suites, very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is actually heated, we enjoyed it until the evening, as we went at the end of April and it was already a lower temperature. All the house's faucets and showers are heated. Shuveiros with a lot of pressure. Overall the house is amazing. It was the whole family, the youngest 3 months old and the oldest at 72 years old and all took advantage of it.

The house is extremely clean and comfortable. It matches the photos listed. Mr. Mario was extremely kind and helpful to us. Dona Joana was very polite and helpful too. Although they live in the back, we felt at home, and at no time did it bother us or take away our privacy. The pool is wonderful! We were not lucky with the weather and could only go to the beach for 2 days, but we made good use of the space with the children. In general, I definitely recommend it!

I was staying last week at Márcia's place, and our stay was excellent. The space is much better than in the photos, the room is very wide and unites all ambiantes, kitchen, dining room and game space. The rooms are great and upstairs. The backyard has an excellent and heated pool, we use every day until dawn kkkkk. The condominium is quiet, without a mess, and with security at the entrance. Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.

Second time staying in this apartment. The accommodation was wonderful, we had days of rest, comfort and peace. Marcelo was a great host, answered everything very quickly, clearly and was always helpful. The apartment is complete, well-equipped kitchen, towels, pots, cutlery, utensils in general for cooking (attention: the kitchen only has seasoning salt). Air fryer, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker (with strainer)... the laundry with a washing machine was a big help (bring the soap and fabric softener from home). The rooms are very comfortable, there are no linens and bath towels as described and Marcelo reinforced this by phone. There are 3 beach chairs and an umbrella available. The hammock on the balcony was delightful. It has air-conditioning but we didn't use it because it was cooling down at night. The location is close to great restaurants (Caicara's and Mar e Terra), markets, close to Cocanha beach, which is great for children... easy access from the highway. We'd love to come back again!

The house is nice with a nice backyard for pets. On the back a very good barbecue grill and table. It was a very good stay. Leandro was very kind and responded quickly.

Apartment super well organized and clean. Well located and easy to access. They do not provide pillows, towels and linens, but it is specified in the listing! 3-story building with no elevator. Beachfront, beautiful view! I recommend it super!

The stay was excellent, everything was exactly as described and as we expected. We achieved our goal, which was to spend the holiday with the little dogs away from the hustle and bustle, and the accommodation provided us with that. A quiet, safe place with easy check-in and check-out! Thiago is very friendly, responds quickly and is always ready to help! Extremely clean and comfortable house. Some improvements could be made, but nothing that would have hindered the stay, and we already want to go back! Just a point of attention that large cars do not fit in the garage, but it is quite easy to leave them parked in front of the house (just be careful not to block the gate of the house underneath) My family and I loved it and had a great weekend!

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

Spectacular house! Spacious and modern. Full kitchen, all utensils. Wonderful space.. we loved spending these days there!
