Vacation rentals with a patio in Cocanha Beach

Sensational, what a wonderful place, apartment with everything we need, including a washing machine, Vanessa was very attentive, gave us several tips on places to go. Not to mention the condominium, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!

Great family accommodation. Comfortable, safe, clean, spacious, bright, airy apartment, well located and easy to access with quick check-in. Located in front of the beach and in a strategic location to go downtown or to explore/visit neighboring beaches. The host is extremely attentive and her answers are quick and decisive. This is a great place to stay in Caraguatatuba/SP.

I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Extremely clean and organized. The apartment is fully equipped, everything is brand new and clean. Close to the beach, you can hear the sound of the waves. Clean beach with calm waves. It has a structure on the sand of the beach with kiosks and bathrooms, as well as restaurants, bakery, market… we did everything on foot. The host responded to us quickly and the caretaker who received us is super charismatic and helpful. Nothing to complain about. Super recommend.

The great place to stay, especially if you consider the distance from the beach, the otimos kioskes and the square next door that has a lot of trailers at night. It is very close to Cocanha. Quiet and comfortable but the building and the apartment has stairs then beware of the size of the bags or shopping. In addition, the owner is super attentive and clarified all doubts, 10, I recommend it.

The stay was amazing! The house is excellent with great accommodations, comfortable, beautiful and clean. In addition, it is very close to Lagoinha beach, which I strongly recommend if you go with large groups and families, as it is quiet, with a sea without strong waves. The house is very well-equipped, everything works (showers, lights, air conditioning, TV) and super clean. The location is excellent: in front of the path that leads to the beach, in less than 5 minutes on foot you arrive. The comments here about the noise of cars on the street did not bother us: it is a slight movement when leaving the beach. At night, it is silent. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and everything went super well! Communication with Carol is great and we had a great stay! We left the night before check-in just to escape the holiday traffic, otherwise we would have stayed longer! Recommended!

Excellent hosts... They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place is clean, well organized and complete. We were very comfortable. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area, which makes the location fantastic. The best thing is how friendly they are to welcome you, highly recommended... 10/10... The house is beautiful and very tasteful. The only points that can improve are the electrical part and cleanliness, leave the house aired a day before guests use it. It smelled very musty, and there were some food crumbs. but I would definitely come back.

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!

The home was cozy and very nice! The property was well maintained and very lovely. We loved staying here and would definitely return :)

It was all very good, the bad thing is that the weather was a little overcast, but it didn't stop us from going to the beach, the sea in front was quite rough, I received recommendations from Mrs. Rúbia to go to Cocanha beach, arriving there, we really liked the place, I recommend it and would come back again, very clean and organized place, everything very good
