Townhouse at Cocanha Beach, in a gated community. The property has excellent infrastructure, with 4 bedrooms on the upper floor and an en-suite on the lower floor, all with ceiling fans. Gourmet area with Wi-Fi, swimming pool with whirlpool, kitchen, barbecue, pool table and 50" Smart TV. Excellent location, very close to the beaches of Cocanha and Massaguaçu.
