Townhouse at Cocanha Beach, in a gated community. The property has excellent infrastructure, with 4 bedrooms on the upper floor and an en-suite on the lower floor, all with ceiling fans. Gourmet area with Wi-Fi, swimming pool with whirlpool, kitchen, barbecue, pool table and 50" Smart TV. Excellent location, very close to the beaches of Cocanha and Massaguaçu. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
