Vacation rentals with a pool in Cocanha Beach

The host was very considerate and flexible with schedules. The house is very beautiful and was very clean. I recommend it. I don't even want to leave.

Sven was very attentive from the moment I booked, being proactive in helping with the flexibility of the check-in. The view really matches the images, the place is very private, with a balcony and barbecue where we played dominoes at night and enjoyed the view, we liked it very much and we intend to return!

We loved our stay at this beach house! Everything was super clean and tidy, which made our experience much more peaceful and enjoyable. The house had everything we needed — and even more —, super comfortable and practical. The location is amazing, about 10-15 min walk to the beach. We definitely want to go back and recommend it without a doubt to anyone looking for a well-kept and cozy place to rest.

The house was very clean and tidy, with all the utensils we needed. The location is great for those who want to stay close to downtown Caraguá and still enjoy the southern beaches of Ubatuba. The owner was super polite and easy to communicate with. The pool was well maintained, only the solar heating didn't work, sunny days and the water didn't heat up. We were 4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 children and the house served us quietly… excellent cost-benefit!

The stay was wonderful, above our expectations, everything organized, bed linens and towels, which I didn't even think there were. André was very attentive, he left us a treat on arrival. Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!

Excellent hosting!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recommended!
