We are on Santa Tereza beach, inside the condominium in Morro de Santa Tereza, a gated condominium with 24-hour security next to the Yacht Club Ilhabela, in the prime area. Newly renovated full cottage with equipped kitchen, new refrigerator, inverter air-conditioning, Nespresso, double bed and 2 single mattresses, a sofa bed, bathroom and television. We are in a great location close to restaurants, bars and shops (1 km/4-min drive from the village) and 800 meters from the nearest beach. Parking space in front of the chalet.

The chalet is a single-story building and perfect for couples, families, the elderly and people with reduced mobility. The beach has a good kiosk structure. Access to the beach is easy, via an 8 km parallel paved road.

It is 350 meters from Fortaleza beach at the top of the hill. Fortaleza beach is a beautiful beach with a calm sea and natural pools. Also, it is near the famous 7 beaches trail and the Pontão trail. In the space we have 3 more chalets in independent areas, distant from each other and private. Perfect place for those who enjoy nature and are not bothered by insects.
