The house is very comfortable and matches the listing descriptions exactly, Ana is always very attentive and responds quickly to messages! The house is in Massaguaçu and a 5-minute drive from Cocanha beach (the best beach in my opinion) more than one car fits in the garage and you can also bring animals, which is even better! I will definitely come back more often ☀️🩷

We loved our stay at this beach house! Everything was super clean and tidy, which made our experience much more peaceful and enjoyable. The house had everything we needed — and even more —, super comfortable and practical. The location is amazing, about 10-15 min walk to the beach. We definitely want to go back and recommend it without a doubt to anyone looking for a well-kept and cozy place to rest.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally right on the sand on a quiet beach 2 km from the historic center. Well equipped with everything we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

A quiet, safe place with easy check-in and check-out! Thiago is very friendly, responds quickly and is always ready to help! Extremely clean and comfortable house. Some improvements could be made, but nothing that would have hindered the stay, and we already want to go back! Just a point of attention that large cars do not fit in the garage, but it is quite easy to leave them parked in front of the house (just be careful not to block the gate of the house underneath) My family and I loved it and had a great weekend!

The accommodation was very good. Lovely view. Comfortable beds. Very clean. A great place to relax. There is a steep incline to drive up to the house but it is alright once you get used to it! i would certainly recommend a stay here.

Second time staying in this apartment. The accommodation was wonderful, we had days of rest, comfort and peace. Marcelo was a great host, answered everything very quickly, clearly and was always helpful. The apartment is complete, well-equipped kitchen, towels, pots, cutlery, utensils in general for cooking (attention: the kitchen only has seasoning salt). Air fryer, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker (with strainer)... the laundry with a washing machine was a big help (bring the soap and fabric softener from home). The rooms are very comfortable, there are no linens and bath towels as described and Marcelo reinforced this by phone. There are 3 beach chairs and an umbrella available. The hammock on the balcony was delightful. It has air-conditioning but we didn't use it because it was cooling down at night. The location is close to great restaurants (Caicara's and Mar e Terra), markets, close to Cocanha beach, which is great for children... easy access from the highway. We'd love to come back again!

Excellent hosting!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

I want to congratulate them on the organization and the house itself. It was very, very good. Sensational pool, the weekend we stayed there it was a little cold and the heated pool saved our day. The towels were very good and smelled incredible. Big house just like the ad. Good is incredible. You'll like it.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it's super well structured and clean. Hosts were thoughtful and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

The house is extremely clean and comfortable. It matches the photos listed. Mr. Mario was extremely kind and helpful to us. Dona Joana was very polite and helpful too. Although they live in the back, we felt at home, and at no time did it bother us or take away our privacy. The pool is wonderful! We were not lucky with the weather and could only go to the beach for 2 days, but we made good use of the space with the children. In general, I definitely recommend it!

I was staying last week at Márcia's place, and our stay was excellent. The space is much better than in the photos, the room is very wide and unites all ambiantes, kitchen, dining room and game space. The rooms are great and upstairs. The backyard has an excellent and heated pool, we use every day until dawn kkkkk. The condominium is quiet, without a mess, and with security at the entrance. Surreal good !!! House exactly as the photos, organized and clean! The beach is less than 7 minutes away, the waterfall is 15 minutes away and other beautiful beaches are all close to the house. Not to mention Vinicius' sympathy, he responds super fast and attentively at all times. I recommend it a thousand times. I spent my birthday with my family, and I was so happy. It was all worth it. Very nice and cozy accommodation! The integration with the forest is amazing! The very polite and kind host and Mr. Zezinho is always smiling on his face and ready to help. Henrique's home is certainly an excellent accommodation for those who enjoy nature and do not give up comfort!

The house is nice with a nice backyard for pets. On the back a very good barbecue grill and table. It was a very good stay. Leandro was very kind and responded quickly.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

Spectacular house! Spacious and modern. Full kitchen, all utensils. Wonderful space.. we loved spending these days there! One point that would make the experience even better would be the heated pool, then it would be surreal perfection. Sandra is a super attentive and dear person! We hope to return!

The house is great, with excellent indoor and outdoor space, well-ventilated environments, the pool was cleaned every day, the whirlpool (in the pool) is great for relaxing. Kitchen utensils were more than enough for our stay. Anderson was super helpful and quick to respond, polite from the beginning to the last day. I can't fail to mention Silvana, who welcomed us very warmly and handed over the key. Extremely polite, helpful person. Overall, the house exceeded expectations, especially the outdoor area, which is larger than it appears in the photos. Easy location, quiet neighborhood and lots of shops nearby.
