The condominium has exclusive access for pedestrians to go to Cocanha beach. All our chalets have air-conditioning, a kitchen equipped with basic utensils and an individual barbecue grill. Lots of nature and tranquility for you and your family. We emphasize that we do not have services such as breakfast, bed linen, bath towels and pillows.

Walk 50 seconds and you're at the beach. From the chalet, you can hear the sound of the sea! Fortaleza Beach is located in the south of Ubatuba and is surrounded by nature. The sea is calm (ideal for children) and in the corner of the beach there is a natural pool where you can interact with small fish. The chalet is ground floor and perfect for couples, families and the elderly. The beach has a good kiosk structure. Access to the beach is easy, via an 8 km parallel paved road.

We are inside the Recanto Verde Mar condominium, with exclusive access to Cocanha beach. The cottages are complete with 50 m² each. They have a parking space, laundry area and individual barbecue and are super cozy. Comportam well up to 5 pax. We also have an outdoor social area with tables with a sunshade, a game room and a children's playground. Note: We do not provide bed linen, bath towels and pillows.
