Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Very well-equipped accommodation and matches the photos. Access is easy by public transport (bus and tram 30 m away). Cristina was very nice before and throughout the stay.

It's a really great place to stay! Has a beautiful balcony and cosy rooms! It's very close to the metro station and very easy to get around! We had a very good time here~ Highly recommended ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

I had a perfect stay! Andrea was amazing super responsive and provided all the necessary instructions clearly and quickly. The apartment is exactly like the photos, if not even better! It’s perfectly equipped, very clean, and comfortable. The location is also excellent, just 5 minute walk from several great restaurants and 10-minute walk from the Piazza Bologna metro station, which is a great central area and located on line B. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This Beautiful Apartment was spotless, and so spacious with a lovely small terrace. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen easy to cook in and fully stocked with dishes etc. On first floor, just one flight of stairs Or a small elevator. Good tram and bus connections to all the sights. Nice little restaurant on the Main Street 5 min away. Matteo was Very responsive to any inquires we had including what train and tram to take from airport. Highly recommend this lovely place

We were only staying for a short visit on our last day before we flew out of Rome., but the place and area was so nice we wish we could have stayed longer. Paolo was very welcoming and friendly. He booked us reservations at a local restaurant and allowed the kids to play on the property. The place was beautiful, clean and had all the ammenities one would need. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we hope we can come back again in the future.

A peaceful and beautiful location with the kindest host. We will definitely be going back and cannot recommend the place highly enough. We spent many wonderful hours lounging by the pool and dining on the lovely terrace. Thank you!

A nice comfortable, spacious and clean house. Miranda and her son were very helpful and kind. The view of the beautiful sea, quiet area in a great location.

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

We are very happy with the apartment and the owner. The apartment is clean, quiet, cozy, has everything you need. Great view from the window. The area is almost free of tourists and there are many delicious places for locals. I recommend this place.

Alessandro is a great host! The location is easy to access the lake and region.

Everything perfect

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Great place, awesome location. You have everything just around the corner, restaurants, train station, ferry. Lots of options to do at a walkable distance.

Fabio, Federico and Francesca’s apartment was amazing! We were met from the bus we got from the airport and they gave us a lift to the apartment. They talked us through all the best places to go and see and their local recommendations. They had lots of amenities and gave us a thorough tour around the apartment and were made to feel very welcome. We booked it for my friends birthday and they got her a little candle to wish her a happy birthday which was a lovely personal added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Carmen was able to great me and later shared tips on local eateries. The apartment is lovely. I had a wonderful visit.

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, very nice terrace! Very good restaurants nearby. Please note, however, that there is no air conditioning and the center of Rome is quite far on foot.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Narni! Highly recommend

We spent 3 nights and everything went well. We were able to park the car nearby and did everything with the train. Train station 15 minutes' walk away. Pleasant stay. Ale available at will. We recommend
