Loved my stay here!! Was perfectly located to explore all of Rome. Was able to walk to all the main attractions. It was super clean and had a beautiful Italian flare that made me feel like a local. Would highly recommend for 2 people!

Hi, we came for 4 days for a weekend. The accommodation is very well connected by transport, the instructions are very detailed. The hosts are super responsive, kind, helpful and offer us a lot of suggestions to help us. The accommodation, although it is in the basement, is very nice and convenient, all amenities are nearby. Monuments are quickly accessible by public transport. We had a great time in Avignon. Thank you

I had a very nice stay in Marias apartment. It was clean, quiet and next to the San Pietro station. I can highly recommend it and would love to go there again.

We spent almost 2 weeks in this beautiful, airy, sun-filled apartment. it's been renovated but not modernised, which means it still filled with character and charm. The sitting room is huge with french doors opening onto 2 large terraces, and one of the bedrooms is filled with glorious morning sunshine from another terrace. We were on a work trip, and the proximity to supermarkets, delicatessens, and lots of public transport including the Metro made everything easy. The apartment is also close to the Villa Torlonia park, which is large and beautiful. It was such a joy to be a short metro ride from the city centre, but in an area with no tourists!! Thank you for providing us with such a sanctuary.

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

Beautiful stay at Salvatore's, who is a lovely host. The apartment is beautiful, a beautiful place where you can enjoy the calm and a beautiful terrace close to the sea and spend peaceful evenings on the terrace. Everything perfect

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

Buongiorno, Only beautiful things, whether it's the welcome, the setting, the house... It starts with communication with Massimiliano who responds quickly and is very accommodating, then a very nice welcome with him and his father. They are very kind and explain well in detail. My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Great place, awesome location. You have everything just around the corner, restaurants, train station, ferry. Lots of options to do at a walkable distance.

Fabio, Federico and Francesca’s apartment was amazing! We were met from the bus we got from the airport and they gave us a lift to the apartment. They talked us through all the best places to go and see and their local recommendations. They had lots of amenities and gave us a thorough tour around the apartment and were made to feel very welcome. We booked it for my friends birthday and they got her a little candle to wish her a happy birthday which was a lovely personal added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This was my first time visiting Rome, and choosing this place was one of the best decisions I made. I’m leaving with so many wonderful memories, thanks to this stay! Carmen was an amazing host! I arrived a bit early and needed to leave my luggage, and she was incredibly helpful. She explained everything in the house perfectly and even recommended some great local restaurants, which turned out to be fantastic. The apartment was just as beautiful and spotless as shown in the photos—clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance in the future!

Gaia’s place is amazing! The apartment is enormous and had everything you could need to be comfortable. The area surrounding the apartment has lots of small restaurants and there are two grocery stores nearby. To arrive from the airport, take the train to Trastevere station, cross the street to take Tram 8. Very easy to find. I would definitely stay here again. And Gaia is very responsive and returns messages very quickly.

Carla and Michelangelo were so hospitable and lovely, and made Rome feel so welcoming. The BnB was a little sanctuary from the chaos of the city, both the room itself and the location. An absolute delight!

PERFECTION. Our family of four (with two teenagers) had an incredible stay. Ernesto was welcoming, responsive and a gracious host. Hosts are thoughtful of every detail. The apartment is immaculate and we had everything we needed. Perfect location, comfortable beds, barely needed to use the a/c despite the warm temperatures outside. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!
