I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It is a short walk from the gym I attend, so it is super practical. The area is very residential, quiet, and well-connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Although my plane was delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. This is the second time we have stayed at the moonlight guest house. The first time was eight years ago. It was just as good this time. The room is pristine, lovely decor, and well situated. Lots of restaurants around, close to Metro, walking distance to the Vatican And the Borgese Villa. Hosts were friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend.

Eugene was such a great host! Since our arrival, he was aware of us, he recommended a restaurant and a local ice cream shop near the place. The breakfast is very rich and always on time :) there was an occasion that we had to leave at 6 am and still left us our breakfast already prepared. The room is very comfortable and the view of the terrace is very nice. Their kittens are love. I highly recommend his place as it is very close to the Vatican and it is very easy to get to the center of Rome, Eugene also guided us about the transport and so we were able to use the bus without a problem. We would definitely stay with Eugene again on our next trip to Rome :)

Paolo's place is ideal for those of us who need to reach the Circus Maximus for an event, both on the way there using the subway (stop nearby) and on the way back on foot, it's just a walk. The room is essential, it has everything you need and Paolo is very precise and detailed in the directions to follow to make you as autonomous as possible. I also found the breakfast to be good. Everything was impeccable! Well located within 15 minutes walking distance of Termini, which at least for me is very important. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room has everything you need, everything new, perfect condition and very nice decoration details. Francesca and Anna excellent hostas, I arrived a few hours before check-in and they conditioned everything to enter and not wait. SUPER RECOMMENDED.

Super close to the bus stop. The accommodation as such was impeccable, the terrace is incredible, I would say that the accommodation is faithful to the photos, even much better than in the photos. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

What can I say? In this case, 5 stars is almost too little. Very kind, responsive and attentive to details. We chose the property because in the evening we had to attend a concert at the music park and for this purpose the property is perfect.
