Great location. Classic Italian rooftop view. Leaves little to be desired. Beware: - you will have to climb 5 flights of stairs to access the apartment - it is in a very popular and lively area. You can hear everyone down below from the terrace until late in the night/into the morning. Indoors, it is quiet. - the tea kettle is dirty, i wouldn’t drink from it - stovetop is extremely difficult to use (or broken?) - no clothes iron is provided

Emilio and Claudia are adorable. They welcomed us as friends. I had a problem with my cell phone so we arrived very late. They welcomed us very warmly and gave us plenty of ideas for our stay. They accompanied us to the parking lot very close to the house which is impeccable and very pretty. There's nothing missing. Very close to the market, shops and good restaurants. You can't find better in Tarquinia. A big thank you to Emilio and Claudia

Kerstin is a great host, super helpful, hospitable and very kind. His place is really formidable, very central, convenient to reach, free parking within walking distance. The light that floods the apartment and the tranquility of the area are magnificent. We want to leave now and spend another weekend in Tuscania. We'll be back soon 💜

Great apartment in centre of town close to restaurants and shops - even walking distance to port for those leaving on a cruise. Paola was a very helpful host who took the time to meet and greet us at the apartment. An easy to find apartment 5 min walk from the railway station with the provided instructions and importantly close to beachfront for afternoon drinks. The apartment was spotless with modern inviting decor and all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend Casa 700!!

Absolutely perfect stay before our cruise! Cristian’s place in Civitavecchia is pristine, and modern Cristian is incredibly attentive and friendly. He made the check-in and check -out process smooth. The location is fantastic. Not only is it on the ground floor (super easy with luggage!), but it’s also surrounded by amazing playgrounds, delicious gelato spots, and stunning seaside views, especially at sunset. We enjoyed a relaxing walk by the water and found plenty of great restaurants. It doesn’t have a dryer, but we knew that ahead of time and it didn’t affect our stay at all. This is the ideal spot for a pre-cruise stay, and we’d absolutely come back again!

The apartment is extremely well located, with supermarket, restaurants, and of course, the Colosseum just around the corner. You can walk to many of Rome’s main attractions with ease. Massimo was a fantastic host, always available, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Great appartement 5min from Roma Termini station. It had everything we needed and the terrasse was wonderful. Marco was a great host and we really enjoued his restaurant recommandations nearby.

Gaia’s place is amazing! The apartment is enormous and had everything you could need to be comfortable. The area surrounding the apartment has lots of small restaurants and there are two grocery stores nearby. To arrive from the airport, take the train to Trastevere station, cross the street to take Tram 8. Very easy to find. I would definitely stay here again. And Gaia is very responsive and returns messages very quickly.

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

The apartment was very functional, well-equipped and in a very quiet location despite being close to services and shops. A real opportunity to relax. the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

The apartment was new, modern, clean and well furnished! Just like in the photos, we can absolutely recommend it!

Paola is an exceptional host, kind, helpful, friendly and always available for whatever you need. the place is a coastal town to stay, the tranquility of the place to relax is excellent. supermarket nearby, super-equipped kitchen, utensils so you can cook whatever you want, excellent cleanliness. Absolutely recommended for those who want to relax and tranquility.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
