Monia was very kind! He really supported us with all the information we needed. The place is just as described, spacious enough. Nearby there are places to eat, shop and more.

We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

the accommodation is very comfortable and enjoys a strategic location... the main shops (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance. For tennis lovers, in front of the accommodation there is a club where you can play. Nicoletta, the host, was always available and is very responsive to messages. Highly recommended

Easy location close to a bus stop, pharmacy, hardware store, laundry, grocery store, pet store, two restaurant and a great coffee shop. Less than 3 minutes to the sea. Nice walk on Lungomare Marconi along the shore surrounded by beautiful villas.

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. VACATION BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024/25. WONDERFUL CHALET WITH COZY ATMOSPHERE, DESPITE THE SEASON WE HAD THE GREAT LUCK WITH OUR DOGS TO ENJOY SOME SUN! WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available when we had questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was off-season). In the residential complex, everything is a bit outdated, but that does not detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. This is the real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. One little thing disturbed us a little. Outside the residential complex and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty... there was garbage everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside the Italian vacation season. The city center of Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you arrive early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxing two weeks.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

5 stars – Amazing host and unforgettable stay in Santa Marinella! Our experience at Alessandro’s place was exceptional. From start to finish, he made everything smooth and enjoyable. Communication was quick and friendly, and the home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the absolute highlights was the veranda – it's insane! Spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. We even had the pleasure of witnessing one of his many beautiful cactus trees blossom – a truly special moment that made our stay even more memorable. Alessandro clearly puts a lot of care into the home and into making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place without hesitation to anyone visiting Santa Marinella.

Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

We stayed only for a night before leaving Rome due to proximity to the airport. Riccardo had great communication. Easy to find and to check in. There was a clean toddler cot available and riccardo added some toys to one of the rooms for our children which was really appreciated.

Everything was great , we will be happy to come and spend the night next time too.
