Relax in this quiet and warm space, fully equipped and with private access. Located between Cognac (10 km) and Saintes (20 km) on the Flow-Vélo route. The banks of the Charente are easily accessible and offer beautiful walks or bike rides. The accommodation is on two levels, comprising a living area and bathroom on the ground floor and the bedroom upstairs with a bed and a sofa bed. Located in a quiet and pleasant village in the heart of the Cognac vineyard.

Le gite de la tour: Detached house located in the countryside in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards. On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bedroom (160/200 bed) and bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Ideally located 6 km from the Jonzac Thermal Baths or the heart of the city in a quiet location with beautiful views of the countryside. 4270 m2 garden with fruit trees. Small pond and open-air café. The 38 m2 cottage has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. For 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting bedroom (20 m2) with a 160 x 200 bed. If there are 2 of you and you want 2 bedrooms, register 3 people.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

La Demeure du Chateau BOURNAC is located in the heart of the Medoc region between the vineyards and the ocean. We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

You will enjoy this small house for comfort, the exceptional view of the ocean, and appreciate its small wooded garden, its calm and serenity. My accommodation is close to the listed site of the Abbey of Châteliers, 1.5 km from the center of the village of La Flotte and is ideal for couples or small families looking for rest.
