Vacation rentals with a sauna in Charente-Maritime

We had a wonderful stay. Sven and Steven are pleasant hosts who go out of their way to make your stay go more than well🤩. We were pleasantly surprised too because the reality of the relay was far beyond the photos on the booking platform. I highly recommend Steven🍹's cocktail who was kind enough to give me the recipe😀. The surroundings of the relay are conducive to the spiritual visits recommended by the neighboring winemakers of the relay who are happy to welcome visitors who come from Sven and Steven. Looking forward to another stay next year. This time longer for a complete immersion in Grande Champagne. Paola

We had a lovely stay at Pascal's very well-equipped accommodation and with access to the central pool, sauna and Hammam. It is also very well located a few minutes walk from the port. We really appreciated Pascal's messages to provide us with all the useful information as well as the very friendly welcome from Jacky and his wife.

In short, we are very happy with our family stay. The accommodation is arranged and allows everyone to find their way around. It is well-equipped and especially close to everything on foot. The electric bikes are great for traveling around the local sights. The house is in a central location with easy connections to trains or buses.

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

Nice, well arranged apartment. The swimming pool as well as the sauna and steam room are a plus. Shops are within walking distance and the port is charming. Recommended.

We had a very nice holiday in this nice apartment with big balcony facing the resort's pool. The resort is well kept and quiet with mostly families as guests. Description in text and image corresponded to reality. Nathalie was a very nice host who was easy to communicate with. We'd love to come back.

We are delighted with our little weekend in this home. It is in a very good location, the residence is very nice. Our youngest was able to enjoy the pool, which was a little cool. We'll remember the address to come back another time with our bikes! Easier to go to the beach I think.

Comfortable house for a vacation for 6. Marie France and Bernadette are responsive. A hitch with the heating on arrival but which was resolved. The house is easily accessible from the port by bike or on foot. Good point for the well-enclosed yard for our dog because the nearby main road is very busy. We had a great vacation in La Flotte with beautiful weather.

We rented this beautiful family home for a beautiful family reunion weekend. The bedding is very comfortable, the house is spacious, warm, authentic offering many ping pong, basketball, sauna, blanket pool, a big plus for pool safety, reading, board games... Every generation will find something like this. A big thank you for this wonderful stay, with a special mention at the Edgar and Alfred concierge. Hi, It's always a real pleasure to come and stay here! The listing is as described and photographed. The location is nice in its tropical landscape. The pool and hammam delight everyone. However, we were disturbed by the dog poop that had not been picked up by the previous tenants. If you have a dog, please respect the vacationers... It's a matter of civility and I don't think it's up to the owners to pick that up... The lawn of the front and back garden was unfortunately overgrown during our stay, we were not able to enjoy the garden behind the house. But we'd love to stay here again!

Really enjoyed Christelle’s place. Stunning apartment and the sauna was a nice touch. Christelle was a great host and even sorted as out when we left the lights on the car overnight and flattened the battery. Area is quiet and not much nearby but was the perfect place for us as we explored the area. I would highly recommend.
