We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. We didn't miss anything, it's very rare to have such well-equipped accommodation. Yannick is a friendly, available and accommodating person.

Sandy is an awesome Host. We fell in love with the House the second we arrived. Very clean everything as it is on the Pictures. We felt like at home. I recommend the House for everyone. We will definitely come back. Thank you Sandy for everything. Was a pleasure to stay with you.

A beautiful beachfront location. A very beautiful family house, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We did a lot of walking, in the center of Fouras, within walking distance. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

Great stay at Clément and Caroline's house. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Several outbuildings provide privacy, the pool and garden are beautiful. The house is in a small hamlet 10 min by bike from the Cotiniere, which works very well! The only downside is the neighbors are close by. Communication with hosts was very easy and pleasant, check-in and check-out was flexible. We loved these 3 days, we recommend eyes closed.

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

Everything was really perfect, the ease of Check-in/Check-out, the amenities, the pool, the comfort and beauty of the villa, everything is combined to make the stay great!

We had a great time at Denis's place. Very friendly and available host. St Pierre is about 1.5 km walk with all services. We would highly recommend it.

The villa is tastefully furnished, equipped and decorated. The layout of the rooms and their layout are ideal for our family of five with three teenagers, so that everyone has their own space. The environment is peaceful and conducive to walks, especially with the beach a stone's throw away, and nice restaurants also nearby. In short, we'll be happy to come back, in summer to enjoy more of the exteriors that are perfect too!

The house is large, warm and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance (access to the sea, playground, shopping street, restaurants). Laurence is very responsive and welcoming. A property to recommend!

We spent a weekend with friends in the house Beluga , it is beautiful and spacious. A relaxing moment with friends. The pool area is nice, the exteriors very well arranged, the inside is very clean and the bedding comfortable. If you are looking for a home where each person has their space to rest but where guests can gather in large spaces to share a meal, then this place is for you. The host is very welcoming and has a lot of activity ideas about the city of Royan I would recommned this property

Fantastic modern villa. Great kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space. Accessible to shops, restaurants and a fantastic market. Also very close to the beach We stayed as a family of eight and would love to return sometime in the future. The host Caroline and concierge Romain are super helpful and responsive. We loved Ile de Re - it is so beautiful.

Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I recommend it.

Excellent family weekend in this functional house with very neat decor. Very nice house, very clean with quality amenities. Quiet place. We encountered a small problem with the pool and Thibaut was very responsive in trying to resolve the problem remotely , even if the problem was not completely resolved, but we were able to enjoy it and have a good holiday.

We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

A premium home with refined decor, lots of taste, premium materials and appliances. It was what I was looking for to live there for a few days as a family for 6 children and 2 grandchildren. We didn't bother in everyday life either for the space or for the noise. Special mention for the round bathtub in one of the SBs, very convenient for swimming the little ones. Sabine, from the concierge was great, very responsive to our requests!

House impeccable, true to description and photos. A beautiful indoor living space, large comfortable sun terrace and pretty enclosed and wooded garden. Finally, the heated pool allowed us to have a great stay for young and old alike. Very good communication before and during the stay. I recommend it without hesitating!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Pascale and Laurent's beautiful, very well-equipped and characterful home! A perfect place for a family gathering, with spacious and comfortable living spaces inside and out to chat and relax and the sparkling pool and table tennis table for a little light exercise! The fascinating historical port city of La Rochelle is less than half an hour away by bus and the Atlantic with access to coast paths is nearby. We enjoyed a visit to the Sunday market in the square in Nieul sur Mer followed by un petit cafe en terrasse at the inviting and friendly Bistrot de la Place. We much appreciated the possibility of an early check in and Stephanie, Pascale and Laurent's local agent, was most helpful as well as friendly and welcoming, responding immediately to any queries we had.
