I loved my stay in this cute, cozy cabin!! I loved the jacuzzi bathtub and robe and slippers! I loved that they provided yoga mats and had bikes and a golf cart available for rent. I did some bike rides on the Katy trail. Meghan also helped my when I discovered that I had left something behind. I highly recommend this lovely cabin!!

Great location in the hill. Having parking off the street was the selling point for me.

We had a lovely stay. it's super cute, private, and quiet. we will definitely book again. there are 13 other cabins to chose from. We also enjoyed the town and near by venues. Cool place❣️

Was the perfect place for a short stay in Peoria, the location was nice and the whole scenery was beautiful.

Elaine's house is so great! My friends and I stayed two night for a girl's weekend. The house is comfy and spacious and in a peaceful neighborhood. Beds are cozy, the record player was fun to have. We played a few records as we had coffee in the morning. The coffee was plentiful in the kitchen. Elaine provided so many recommendations and great info about the area. Starved Rock is close by, and we went on a beautiful hike and had lunch there, and also enjoyed the town of Utica. We hit up a few really fun bars in Lasalle too, that were only about a mile from the house. Friday night karaoke at Club 55 AND The Sanctuary. Recommend checking both of them out.

This is a fantastic location. 5 mins from the grove, 10-15 mins from CWE, close to Forest park, easy walk to lots of great bars and restaurants in the Hill. Walkable to the community college Forest Park branch. The space is a vintage shotgun home filled with art, from floor to ceiling, and it’s someone’s home. Very lived-in and cozy. It is along a busy road and there’s a popular bar on the block, so it’s not the most quiet but I didn’t have any problems sleeping. The bedroom is in the back of the house so it stays pretty quiet back there. If you want an interesting space with lots of art instead of a cheap, flipped condo decorated with Wayfair and Target decor, this is an awesome option. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Cozy home in a walkable area! I found it comfortable and an easy drive to local parks, like Starved Rock. My RAV4 pulled into the steep drive without issue and local trains weren't disturbing. Would return!

The loft bedroom was a little tight for an old couple but we enjoyed our stay and the tiny house was as described. Thank you Joni!

Every single thing was amazing. We booked a get away from life and this place meet all the standards. Once we got there it lived up to all the pics and more. We will be coming back and maybe make this a regular thing.

Great spot to enjoy St. Charles!! Close enough for a good walk to downtown and a very private setting. Great amenities!

Kristen was very helpful when we needed to check in early. The house was so beautiful and SPOTLESS. We loved the decor, and she thought of everything that could possibly be needed. My mom and I enjoyed the kayaks; we had never kayaked before, but they were right there and so easy to launch and use. It was a great adventure!

Our stay was perfect! Alisa was an accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Her place is exactly what is pictured and is as described. My kids loved her DVD collection and we had a great time playing games — we were indoors mostly since the weather wasn’t cooperating for fishing. We felt completely comfortable!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at JustEnuf. It was well equipped with all we needed, very clean and easy to access. The pictures and descriptions are completely accurate and Shane was very communicative. Low cost accommodations that were absolutely worth every penny spent. We will stay with Shane's properties again when we are in the area. We recommend checking out Joe's Italian restaurant, Kup of Joy and Petty Pitstop in Sullivan while you are there. Pizza King just down the road was super delicious with amazing staff also. All in all we had a lovely time snuggled up on the double recliners with a warm blanket and TV. We are so lucky to have found the Snug Owl. Located in a quiet neighborhood,it was what we needed to just unwind and relax. It’s perfect for two people, very cozy clean and comfortable. Close to Starved Rock for some hiking and nice local restaurants. We can’t wait to come back. We loved our stay and Sonya was terrific. The house has everything you think you need and more. We just can’t say enough about The Snug Owl and Sonya.

It’s tough to get pictures to do this place justice, because even my own didn’t capture the beauty of the view from the cabin and the surrounding nature. There’s about 18 cabins that sit up on a hill and look over a large beautiful pond. Each cabin has its own private fire pit with wood included. This may be common sense, but make sure u have everything u even THINK u might need before arriving. The location is EXTREMELY remote and there’s no stores for miles. Uber Eats and Instacart will be out of the question. However, internet & WiFi were strong, and the cabin is stocked with essentials like cookware, lighters, utensils, etc. I went on a solo trip to get some private time away. I was the ONLY person onsite the first day but I felt safe. There was virtually zero noise pollution, only the sounds of gentle nature (such as birds, geese, etc; not anything like loud howling wolves). Overall the place was fantastic. Also, an easy drive from the cook county region.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property while attending a wedding in the area. As the owner of a cleaning business specializing in Airbnb properties, I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The neighborhood is remarkably peaceful, quiet, and ideally located for accessing local amenities. The house accurately matches its description, and I must note that my professional background compels me to conduct rigorous inspections. This property far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking accommodation in the area, and I would certainly choose to stay here again if I return. Rustic charm and very peaceful. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Great mini vacation spot especially if you are looking for a bit of nature and to relax. Several things to do if you want to venture out within reasonable driving distance. Definitely recommend and look forward to another visit.
