We provide 3 adult kayaks, one double and one child (under 150 pounds), and a pedal boat. Great outdoor fire-pit for s’mores and memories.

The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield has to offer. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can easily accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available for little guests. I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access. Regretfully no kids under 12 or pets.
