This carriage house is located at the back of the property of a 117-year-old historic home 4 blocks from downtown shopping and dining. We're 15 minutes from Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 25 minutes to Champaign and 30 minutes from Decatur. You’ll enjoy the comfy bed, two dining/game spaces, TV area, a small kitchen with cooktop, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and a full bathroom. It is great for a weekend get-away! Huge Classy Upstairs Victorian Apt with Jetted Tub

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. With two queen sized beds and a set of twins under the attic skylights everyone will find a restful place to restore for the day. A relaxing jetted tub also provides a rainfall shower with 3 acupuncture jets. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware. This vintage treasure was built in 1884 and is a completely renovated upstairs unit. There is 2 bedroom unit below this one and the option to share a washer/dryer.

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Please note: this is an older urban building with character, multiple stairs, no elevator, and some city noise. Fans, sound machines, blackout curtains, and earplugs are provided.

Extra large studio suite. It features a king sized bed, full bathroom, table, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a two person window bench with a built in charging station that overlooks beautiful downtown Havana. Walking distance to Havana's riverfront park, wonderful shopping, and restaurants. Located near Dickson Mounds Museum, Emiquon & Chautauqua National Wildlife Refuge, Bellrose Island, Havana's historic Water Tower, and Illinois River Road National Scenic Byway.

This loft also offers beautiful views of the oldest State Capitol in IL and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and local shops. The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!

Beautiful Riverview Studio- steps away from Depot

Enjoy an exclusive view of the River, the FM Train Depot and Old Fort Madison from this 2nd floor true-studio apt. No cleaning fee for repeat and 5 star guests! The space has modern décor and all of the comforts of home. Railfans will enjoy the trains and river fans will enjoy the unique east-west river movement. There will be train sounds! The loft also features a kitchenette with high end cabinetry, custom tile back splash and under cabinet lighting.
