We loved feeding the turtles 🐢. You have to check out downtown Sanford, walk the Riverwalk & go to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Don't forget to try the Jailhouse Restaurant - in a real old jailhouse, great food! She was an amazing host.

Nice little cottage tucked away and away from people very quiet and relaxing place charming cottage very clean and just big enough for two people Very easy process for our first air bnb and the owners were great to work with The yard was very nice for the dog he is older so it was just big enough for him to sniff. Location to get to things local is great and very good restaurants nearby Would recommend

this is my second time staying here and I loved it. we had a peaceful, enjoyable week, walking the grounds and enjoying the pool. The space is so close to so many attractions and awesome restaurants. The house had everything that we need including laundry so our stay was extra relaxing.

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay. We wanted something away from the main city and we got it! The cottage had everything we needed and the host was very responsive when we had questions. Their dog was the absolute sweetest and we were greeted by the cat as soon as we arrived. We pulled fresh eggs from the chicken coop and had a lovely fire the last night. We left feeling rejuvenated!

Jay and Theresa's boathouse was absolutely spotless, which we truly appreciated. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for our favorite moments: peaceful mornings sipping coffee while watching the breathtaking sunrise, and tranquil evenings unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun dipped below the horizon. We found the location to be wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and exceptionally private – a true escape.

This was a little one day getaway with my partner. We were looking for something convenient and it was just this. Loved the atmosphere of this tiny house and both hosts were super nice and responded very fast when either of us had questions.

This house shows how much thought was put into it. First off, the private entrance was easy to find and entry into the house was simple and well explained. Ron was very responsive and polite - you knew he was available of any questions came up. However, all of our needs were anticipated. We even loved the extras like the astronaut, blankets, cold water, and snacks. There were even outlets on each side of the bed for chargers so we didn’t have to juggle that. Besides functionality, the house came really well decorated and comfortable, you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into it. This is our new favorite rental, can’t wait to be back.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here while we had a vacation to Disney world. The location allowed us to drive to both Hollywood studios and Magic kingdom in about 10-15 mins. We were very satisfied with the tiny home. It was very comfortable, the shower and kitchen were specifically nice. We are both tall individuals, both over six feet, and so the living space was a bit tight. Otherwise, a very convenient and pleasant place to stay!

Wonderful stay – felt like a home away from home! I had a fantastic experience staying at Michael’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was strong. I would absolutely stay here again when I come up to the springs! Highly recommend!

Staying at this tiny house has been an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell a lot of heart went into creating this space. The layout makes the most of every inch, offering comfort without ever feeling cramped. One of the sweetest touches was the complimentary snacks such a kind and thoughtful gesture that made us feel especially welcome. We’ll be sure to recommend and hope to return to!

My friend and I both had lake homes in the past and both wanted to try staying in a tiny house. It was a fun two nights. Beautiful lake and very nice donkeys. My little dog Elli was timid and didn't know what to make of them. We had a few laughs over that because Elli kept checking to make sure they were not following us back to the nice safe screened porch. Area just opened a new organic Sprouts grocery store which is wonderful. Wish we had one in Palm Coast. A very cute little place .

Such a peaceful stay, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating, beautiful little cozy cabin, and the little town of Astor was a nice quiet relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful place, very peaceful, great sitting outside by the lake in the early morning w/ a cup of coffee. Location is great, walkable to restaurants and Blue Jacket Park.

Amber's tiny house felt both spacious and cozy. The farm themed decor was charming, and the house had everything we might need for a comfortable stay. Several outdoor seating areas offered private areas to relax and enjoy birdwatching or nap in a hammock under a stately oak tree.

This cottage was cute and comfy. A great place to get away for a few days for a wedding. It was quiet with lots of privacy. I appreciated Tom’s great communication skills as well

We had a wonderful stay at the tiny house (barn)! It was such a unique and cozy experience, and our kids absolutely loved it. Jeremiah and Erin were warm and welcoming hosts, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. A perfect little getaway. Highly recommended!

The week I spent in Tiffany with my niece was so rejuvenating! Simple and beautiful! Everything I needed to be comfy and surrounded by nature! I’ve stayed in this area numerous times in the past 40 years, this was the most serene and private. I will be back!

“Peaceful” Bernadette place is perfect to unwind. Especially if you like to fish, it’s within steps from the cottage with its own private deck that’s surrounded by big Cypress Trees that provide lots of shade while you fish or just want to kick your shoes off and relax. The cottage was super cozy and clean the perfect setup to relax from every day busyness. Will definitely come back!

The privacy and comfort of this place was only surpassed by the total peace and serenity achieved while chilling on the screened porch by the river. Our host was wonderful, communicative and gave us our space. We will definitely be returning to this special place.
