Vacation home rentals in Central Florida

This was the absolute best place to stay. The home was everything we wanted and more. So nice to come back there after all the crowds at the Disney parks! The kids actually couldn’t wait to go back there and enjoy all the costumes and toys! They didn’t want to leave! The pool and hot tub was something we enjoyed daily! I recommend skipping the Disney resorts and going back after a hot crowed day and enjoying this beautiful Disney themed home! Our kids will have memories of this home forever! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Real cozy and inviting place. Hard to find a home so close to everything. But josephs house was just that. Walking or riding distance to beaches. Little further to shops but trolly was nice. Pool and hottub were thr main attraction for us. Hottub takes a good hour to heat up but once it does its hot. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Kim

The place was exactly as described and the pool area is just amazing. Karen was super responsive and the house had everything you could ask for. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom and nice beds. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and would definitely come again.

It was a nice place. Everything was decent. Quiet and a nice location. Just notice that pictures show a very nice pool of which there is, but is not included in the price of what your paying for. Which is fine, just make note of that and maybe shouldn't be as a first picture of advertisement. You can buy a pass/day for the pool is what we found out. Overall, I would come back again and plan on it! Thank you for offering this nice place!

The beach bungalow was the perfect place for a very relaxing vacation. Spent mornings on the beach-facing deck before walking down to the beach. They had everything we needed…beach towels, blanket, chairs, umbrellas. Then a short walk to bars and restaurants. Had a great time. Rob is a great host…responsive when you need him, but leaves clear instructions so you can also keep to yourselves.

We had a great time staying here. The pool was a hit. Host is quick to respond to any needs. Property manager was also very helpful.

we had such a wonderful week at Aaron's place, this house is located in a wonderful residential family orientated neighborhood my grandchildren and I were able to walk around and see a couple of the wild peacocks that roamed the area. great accessibility to the Beach, fun things for the kids to do, ample resources for dining. the house was everything I imagined it to be, Modern extremely clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need! it was wonderful waking up and having my coffee outside in the screen enclosed sunroom while listening to the birds chirp as the morning sun came up! absolutely loved it! hoping to come back in a couple months and I will definitely try and book your house again!

This place was amazing. It was super clean and it felt so homey. We didn’t want to leave this place. We will definitely be back!

For a 3 generation family trip the villa met all of our needs . We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and all the amenities at the resort which was a quick walk away . Thank you for making our family vacation a fabulous one .

The home was comfortable and spacious. Private pool and hot tub were such a nice perk!! The game room was SO FUN too! Overall it was something to look forward to coming home to after a long day in the Disney parks, and it was so easy to commute to and from. Would highly recommend to families looking for an off-Disney home to stay in during their vacation!

I really enjoyed staying at this home. It was 15 minutes from the beach, close to stores & gas stations. Also enjoyed sitting outside getting the fresh air to watch tv after the sun went down next to the pool. I can’t wait to come back & visit. This will ALWAYS be my go to!

This house was great for our family trip to Disney/Orlando. We had 13 people with room for everyone. 15-30 minutes to either park. Loved the space in the house, the pool, theater room and games in the garage were a BIG plus. This house is strictly a vacation rental—so some supplies will need to be purchased upon arrival. We would certainly stay there again.

The home was absolutely beautiful. So clean and very family friendly. If you are traveling to the Orlando area , Elizaveta home is the perfect place to vacation. We really enjoyed our stay at this spotless house in Tarpon only a few minutes walk from downtown! It has tvs on every room with Netlifx, and you can’t beat that! The house was very clean and comfortable and Lianne allowed us to check-in early which really helped travelling with kids.

Adding on one extra day was more than I expected. And I don’t recall in the listing that the home had a pool or a washer/dryer. The House had MORE THEN I expected. Everything was beautifully perfect. Daymara communicated & responded rapidly! The only complaint that I have is that it was noisier than I thought it would have been.. Also, if there was a mop, some cleaning products that would’ve helped. So I could’ve cleaned up a little bit more and cleaned up any spills. I enjoyed your home so much! I loved the fact that you had a pool! I loved the fact you had some Floaties. I love the fact you had a washer and dryer. It would have been nice to know that the W/D were in the shed because I felt like I was being nosy when I opened up the shed. You should put out a folder or have signage telling people where everything is. Backyard was nice and clean. Your wine opener was broken before we got there. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I would definitely come back again!!!

We had an amazing 2 week stay at Matthew’s place. Perfectly suited to our needs with high chairs, strollers, crib and pack and play for our grandchildren. Our girls adored the princess room. The pool was a real hit. Dining outside was great. Loads of space for everyone. Excellent location for our trip to Disney and other attractions. The kiddos loved the water park. We had everything we needed but the one occasion we needed to reach out, the response was immediate. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home

The Garage Mahal was beautiful. Loved waking up to the sunlight through all the stained glass windows. The light switches were the coolest!! Very antique. Can't wait to go back!
