The studio has a modern touch with a beautiful terrace to spend time and enjoy the view and the ocean sounds with a cup of coffee, some wine or simply relax in the hammock. Ranked by National Geographic as one of the best beaches in the world. Located in what is widely considered the most exclusive beach in Cancun. The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

Ideal suite for vacations with family, friends, work

The suite is excellent for a family atmosphere, for groups of friends, it has all the amenities, very comfortable, spacious, overlooking the boulevard. In front of the apartment we have a public beach called Playa Caracol, which you can walk to in 5 minutes Nearby we have a supermarket, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping malls, pharmacies, and 24-hour establishments.
