Front ocean view 1BR condo. Best beach, no seaweed

Ranked by National Geographic as one of the best beaches in the world. Located in what is widely considered the most exclusive beach in Cancun. The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

Beach front, great location, steps from the beach!

Beautiful ocean front Villa right on the beach, inside a gated Condominium with 3 pools, jacuzzi, snack bar next to the pool, security 24/7 in a great beach area of Cancun hotel zone. Supermarket, shopping malls and variety of restaurants in the other side of the road. You can´t be closer to the beach! Wifi, Ac, balcony and a patio facing the ocean. Parking lot, tennis court, bus stop right off the condo, airport transportation provided with our private driver (additional price).

The loft is well located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the “Zona Hotelera” and in the city center where you can find traditional artisanal market and beautiful tourist spots. The loft is at 10 min walk from: a local market, cafes, restaurants, the bus stop to get to the beach. Don’t forget to enjoy the terrace! You can use the grill, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing beer in the evening and relax in the swimming pool ;)
