Ranked by National Geographic as one of the best beaches in the world. Located in what is widely considered the most exclusive beach in Cancun. The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

Good accommodation, just one thing, the stove took a long time to heat up, it did not have a dryer or an iron for clothes, but despite that it was a good place, comfortable, clean, good location, and the host was attentive in everything, an excellent place.

Yashmina’s place is quiet and has great amenities. The south side of the island is quiet and remote. Plenty of cooking space and all the equipment you need to cook a nice meal. We ate all our meals in Punta Norte as the few restaurants in Punta Sur closed early. The downtown area was perfect for supper and breakfast. Taxi drivers drive us right up to the walkway to the home. My daughter and I stayed and we appreciated the locked gate as the walkway to the gate was a little dark. I’d recommend having the taxi driver drive into the walkway. We had quiet nights and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the onsite pools but if my husband and I had gone we would have for sure!! Monse and Yashmina were very responsive and helpful. Monse even provided taxi service a few times.

We loved staying here! Brought our entire family of 8 adults. The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked great, and it was so nice to have en suite bathrooms for each room. The pool was our favorite place, with gorgeous views of the Gulf literally 10 steps away! We had a great time walking the beach, using the paddle board and kayak, as well as exploring local activities. Highly recommend!
