Condo vacation rentals in Caracol Beach

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Apartamento muy bien ubicado en una zona muy bonita, amplio, ordenado, seguro, cómodo, de fácil acceso, a pocos metros de paradas de transporte público, a restaurantes y supermercados y a playas a pocos minutos caminando. Adecuada relación calidad/precio y totalmente de acuerdo a la descripción y fotos publicadas. Los anfitriones siempre atentos, muy amables y aportando información. En definitiva, recomendable.

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Cancun! The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, which made our arrival super easy. The condo looked exactly like the photos—stylish, clean, and very comfortable. One of the best parts about this place is the location. It’s central to everything in Cancun—whether you’re looking to explore the beaches, restaurants, shopping areas, or nightlife, everything is just a short drive or walk away. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

tout était parfait juste le lit de places etait trop petit, les nuits ont ete difficiles et les chaises ne sont pas en bon état sinon l'appartement était propre est conforme aux descriptions. très bonne communication avec Gaby. je reviendrai si je passe a cancun

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

El lugar es bonito, hay un Oxxo muy cerca y está muy cerca de zona hotelera y de las salidas a férrea si planeas salir a isla mujeres. La zona es tranquila y el departamento súper cuidado, todo funciona y cumple con lo indica. El encargado siempre estuvo al pendiente por cualquier tema. Solo como sugerencia estaría padre un poco más de tupper o refractarios para cocinar.

Excelente ubicación si vas al centro de Cancún. El departamento muy amplio y muy bien equipado. Muy cómodas las 3 terrazas para tomar el sol. Un bonito plus la pantalla de la sala.

Si tienen la oportunidad de alojarse aquí, no la dejen ir. La vista está espectacular, el amanecer ahí es muy bonito. Todo súper ordenado, limpio. Con muy buenas amenidades. Y que decir del trato del Sr.Eduardo; con suma paciencia nos explicó funcionamiento de todo, también aconsejándonos en lugares. Sin duda volvería. Ya que también la seguridad es muy buena; una zona súper para tener todo a la mano.

This place exceeded our expectations!! Eric & Daisy were great attentive host. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Additionally, I appreciated they had suggestions for shuttle services which saved us so much hassle. The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views. The area was peaceful and never too crowded. There was also a pool which was also nice to have around. Clean water for us to drink was provided, AC worked great, the condo was super spacious, the washer was a great amenity, convenience stores right across, and was walkable to many pick up locations for guides/tours. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful and immaculate. Very well stocked kitchen spices coffee condiments. If you enjoy cooking it is very well equipped. We really felt like welcomed guests. Mango cafe and caribbean garden are within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend. Gorgeous views!!!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful apartment located in a nice, safe area! The included facilities (beach club, roof top) are excellent. Can only recommend it, was the best AirBNB of our 2 weeks trip.

This will be my go to from now on. Location, Location, Location. It's directly across the street from Playa Tortuga, the ferry, and the catamaran. Its near the local bus stop, there are 2 24 hour stores feet away. The roof top infinity pool with the view was everything. I love that its not on the strip but just a bus ride away, so its not noisy. It was very clean and the area was safe. There is front staff and or security in the lobby 24/7. Thanks Eric.

We had a great stay! The condo is in a great location, close to many great restaurants. Luis was an amazing host. Communication was great. We got there a little early and he had the unit ready for us. One minor issue with the coffee maker but he immediately had it fixed. And when our water jug ran low, he sent someone within a few minutes to replace. The condo is spacious and comfortable. And walking out directly to pool was amazing! We loved watching the sunrise over the ocean with our morning coffee. Highly recommend this place!
