Private villa, perfect to hang back in a group. Neighbors are very quiet. Pool and beach right at your doorstep, what else could you want!? Quick walk next door to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Will definitely come back!

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Apartment very well located in a very nice area, spacious, tidy, safe, comfortable, easy to access, a few meters from public transport stops, restaurants and supermarkets and beaches a few minutes walk. Adequate value for the money and totally in accordance with the description and photos posted. The hosts are always helpful, very friendly and provide information. In short, recommended.

Great place for family gatherings. Beach is with in walking distance. Host provided beach towels sand toys for the little ones and cart with ice chest. Would stay here again!

Super energy, great stay The description of the directions was great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The place was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt immediately comfortable. The view is awesome, but also the flair of the back of the house, so I liked the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water available and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a big purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, it was loud on the beach: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who are light sleepers. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

Gianmarco’s place is absolutely PERFECT! Don’t waste your money on all inclusive. Groceries and restaurants are within walking distance. You literally step off of your private porch to the sand and ocean! Gianmarco is very responsive and helpful. Just ask and he will arrange for a driver to pick you up from the airport and take you back.

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

Everything was excellent, but the location was the best of the best!! The apartment is as it appears, no surprises. Thank you Enrique, we'll be back!!

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

Excellent place, the view is spectacular from the apartment's balcony, the reception service and the cleanliness is fantastic, my only drawback is that there was a coffee maker but there was no coffee, apart from that everything is wonderful.

Hard to describe how magical the shell houses were! Each house was incredible and unique, filled with thoughtful details and artistic touches. Miss Vanessa was amazing and helped arrange many things to celebrate my birthday including a private chef. Our group of friends loved the stay, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend, it’s dreamy!

Carla & Sebastian were super helpful & detailed in messages. They set up a driver from the airport, which I then paid the nice driver directly. They are very friendly and responsive. The building seems fairly new so there weren’t many people there and it was peaceful. The whole area is very secure. The apartment is really stunning, has pretty furniture, and a comfortable bed. AC worked well and the shower had good pressure. I absolutely love how wide the balcony doors opened in both the living room and bedroom. Lüften approved! The beachclub/restaurant isn’t much, and about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I went to the restaurant at 1:00PM to get lunch one day but they serve breakfast until 3:00PM so I left & never ended up trying it. I never found a rooftop pool.

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Thank you for hosting us

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Amy’s place blew us away the instant we walked in! The condo was spotless & the view was incredible! We loved the pool & being able to walk to multiple restaurants & beach clubs. We will definitely stay at her place in the future! Five stars aren’t enough!

Simply spectacular. I had read a negative comment that made me doubt, but I decided to rent it because of the location, price and photos... and I'm so glad I did!!! The apartment is impeccable, smells delicious, is very tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. The cleanliness is a 10: everything was bright, the mattresses are impeccable and very comfortable, and the place is so quiet that you can't hear anything at all. I slept like never before, the room has a huge TV with access to several apps, a total plus. The bathroom is beautiful, it smells delicious and every detail is lovingly cared for. The kitchen is super-equipped, and upon arrival there were complimentary drinks: a nice touch that is very much appreciated. Natty is a sweetheart and makes sure you have an unforgettable stay. The truth is, I regret not staying more nights. I highly recommend it, don't be swayed by the bad comment, it doesn't reflect anything about this place!!!

Man! I can’t even explain how amazing this this place was! The view! The area, the peaceful atmosphere and having the beach right there in the back yard was incredible!
