Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Cape Fear River

This listing was by far the best I have booked. The host was more than accommodating, place felt like home and had everything we needed. Very clean and well decorated. Everything was in close proximity, and there was an easy accessible pool right in the backyard. I will be booking again in the future.

The place was perfect for two people, very convenient location for us to visit family in the area. Bed was super comfy, shower pressure was great and hot.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

First time visiting myrtle beach and this was an absolute pleasure staying here with my infant, younger sister, mother, and fiancé. The place matched the description and we had no problems. Timothy is an awesome host that was very attentive and helped us feel right at home! Will be back soon!

This stay was precisely what I was looking for, offering a peaceful atmosphere that met my needs. The host was exceptionally nice, accommodating, and responsive. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again.

The place was so perfect for us and our dogs. Walking distance to the beach and supermarket. The pool was private and serene. Teresa was very friendly and attentive but gave us our space. We’ll definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay and a great host

My group of friends booked Travis' airbnb recently as we were all in Wilmington to celebrate an engagement party and we all 100% would recommend the airbnb to anyone who is looking to stay in downtown Wilmington! The house itself was great - it had fun decorations but also a cozy vibe. We loved using the firepit area too. You can also very easily walk to downtown Wilmington - it took us a 15 minute walk to get Sunday brunch at Savorez downtown (which was amazing). It's also a minute walk to a brewery, awesome pizza spot, and a bar that had live music which was fun to pop over to. Travis was also so unbelievably accommodating as well - I feel like sometimes there can be funny rules with airbnb's these days, but I felt like as long as we were communicative and respectful of the home, it was really relaxed and totally stress-free! We'd all stay there again - I'm even recommending the spot to some guests who may stay to celebrate our wedding in Wilmington next year :)

This was an amazing stay! We had a great few days fishing on high rock, it was so nice having a private and peaceful place to come back to after a long day fishing. This is most definitely a place we will come back to! Thanks Angie for a great place to stay!

Sandi was easy to connect with and very kind. The house was very clean and has lots of space/ large bedrooms. It has a large front porch and an ample deck in the back. The home is located in a very peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful park located just around the block. We througly enjoyed our stay and would stay again when we visit. We recommend this home to everyone!

Chad was responsive from the moment we booked his beautiful home until the moment we checked out. He has thought of everything to make the stay a restful experience. He was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The home is down a quiet street near beautiful beaches and has access to the river which we enjoyed kayaking on. We had a great stay and look forward to booking Chad’s place in the future.

The Heineken House was good as advertised. The house was very neat and clean. Check in was easy & the host Melissa was very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this home and will be back very soon.

Stayed for a week, in Wilmington, for my daughter's wedding. Wonderful hosts, shout out to Rebecca for her hospitality. Perfectly located in a convenient, low key residential area. Great space! We spent a weekend at the Cozy Compound while in town for a wedding! The place is wonderful and just as described. All areas were spotless, towels and linens were nice, beds comfortable and well appointed kitchens! We had extended family together enjoying the large yard, lovely back porch and fun yard games and even toys and books for the little ones! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Thanks, Jinger, for such a nice place to stay!

Very close to stores literally across the street . Was in quiet area and beach was 1 block away. Eric was very responsive and easy to reach, he responded in minutes. The house was very clean and neat. I would totally stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Michael was an exceptional host who clearly put great care into every detail of the condo. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly like the photos. Every amenity we could’ve needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay seamless and relaxing. I didn’t need to reach out for anything—except to say thank you! My family and I had a fantastic trip and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Bobbi was probably the best host we’ve ever had and we always opt for airbnb over a hotel when we travel. She is a wonderful human being to start with. So responsive and helpful. She truly puts her guest as top priority and that was my favorite part of our whole stay. The little bungalow was perfect for my husband and I. It’s literally right across the street from the beach with an awesome access point. Close to all the restaurants Cherry Grove has to offer and we literally felt so safe there! The pool area was clean and well kept. Free ice machine on the property to fill up those coolers! The bed was so comfy in the room, (which is always something I worry about) I was very pleased all the way around. The price is more than fair! I’d recommend sweet Ms. Bobbi and her properties to anyone. Cheers!

What is shown in the picture that’s what you definitely get. It’s a beautiful place for family and friends to stay. From my friends and I we highly recommend here to stay. Everything was great and the host is great too. I will definitely rebook again if I need an Airbnb to stay. Thanks for having us again, we enjoyed our stay.

This was our third stay and we feel at home here. Always reliably clean and well cared for. The screened patio with lights and ceiling fans make sitting outside enjoyable at all hours. There are many birds to watch and listen to and we loved seeing geese and herons in the pond. A neighbor mentioned this indicates a lesser concern for gators in the immediate vicinity. I don’t know if that’s something to bank on so we take our walks out front and at the beach :-)

Overall it was a great place, I loved every moment of being there. I only had one issue and it was me being allergic to the detergent that was use to wash the covers or the fabric itself. Jordan I appreciate you welcoming me into your home.

We did a staycation at this Airbnb and we absolutely loved the location! You’re right next to a Starbucks, great rooftop restaurants and less than 5 minutes from the main strip of bars & restaurants in downtown Raleigh! Only downside is the pool was closed unfortunately but definitely would stay here again!

Centrally located, close to all attractions and easy drive to both the beach and golf.
