Great stay! We loved that our dog could come hangout with us. The place was clean and super cute! Easy drive to beach and downtown.

As a frequent Wilmington-goer, this was an amazing location and a great place to stay if you are looking for authentic Wilmington charm. Katherine was very proactive with instructions and put so much thought into her preparation for our visit. I would love to stay in her home again!

The apartment was clean and well furnished. The climate and bed were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for meal prep and eating. The location was quiet and seemed rather private to us. Candace replied to every email or text we sent and was friendly and so helpful! I recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Mary and her husband opened door for a quick chat, which is very generous of their time and sharing, appreciated especially for new comers like us. Great location and ample supplies for the kitchen and bathroom, fireplace and candles made additional comfort during rainy days during our stays.

Patrick has a great location, close to downtown restaurants and shopping areas. It is quiet and I loved having the full kitchen to cook in. Wifi was fast and reliable. Having the Village District within walking distance was nice, since it has so many shops and restaurants and you don't have to worry about parking. I had a great time while I was there!

We spent a couple of nights here while visiting family. This is a lovely little private spot. Very clean, comfortable and has the amenities anyone would need. Surrounded by birds and nature yet very close to restaurants and things to do. Susan was very helpful and friendly. You won't be disappointed if you book this spot. We hope to come back!

Peaceful location and 20 mins from any activity including the beach, downtown, Oak Island Lighthouse, and ferries. Neighborhood is walkable, perfect for our pets!

What a beautiful spot! My husband and I stayed here for a few days while we were working on our sailboat at a boatyard nearby, and it was exactly what we needed: simple, clean, comfortable, and situated in an absolutely beautiful little plot of Coastal Carolina land. Mr. Charles was kind and helpful - we were so glad to learn about his family’s history coming to this property! We will absolutely consider staying here again next time we haul the boat.

Walt’s place is really beautiful and a true 5 star Airbnb. As soon as you arrive you feel comfortable immediately, all of the furnishings inside the apartment feel brand new and were spotlessly maintained. I also really appreciated Walt’s communication as he had a lot of great recommendations for food and drinks in the surrounding area. The snacks and drinks were also an excellent touch when we arrived. All in all I cannot recommend the apartment enough for a relaxing getaway in the Raleigh area

I had a great stay! It was just me and my dog traveling for the weekend and it was the perfect space for just us. Everything was clean and easy to find. Would definitely stay again if back in Wilmington!

I had an incredible stay here with Laura. The highlight for me was her super cozy dark green bedroom. The color scheme and decor created such a calming vibe, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The pool was another standout feature. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of jumping at Skydive Raleigh. The host was friendly and responsive, and the space had everything I needed.

We had some medical appointments in the area and stayed at Deanna’s place. A fantastic location. A couple minutes into Cary and about 15 into Raleigh. Great restaurants within 5 minutes. Cozy and comfortable. Hosts Deanna and Nate were very responsive and had great local restaurant suggestions.

Absolutely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was the spacious outdoor living room — perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying meals outside. Having our own private use of the pool was such a treat — sparkling clean and beautifully maintained. The Rebecca was exceptional, with a fantastic response time and super helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to be close to the beach, restaurants galore, privacy, and top-notch hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer’s place. Great location, great price, and great hosts! This place was everything we needed and Jennifer was very kind and accommodating for us to check in early to get ready for a wedding and check out late. 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed the quiet wooded location, but it was still convenient to Franklin street. It was exactly as advertised, and the owners responded immediately to our questions. I recommend this location.

This was our second time staying at Lori and Marks. Their space is lovely, quiet, well appointed and equipped for our stay. Close to everything but still quiet. It was exactly what we needed for a break from our busy lives. We plan to come again!! Thank you for making this space available!!

The apartment is very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet.. It had wonderful Greenways for walking. If you needed anything like setting up the TV Nathan was right there to help. I had a very relaxing stay.

Natalie and Christopher's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. They were wonderful about communicating and were even kind enough to allow us to borrow a can opener when we needed one! Natalie provided some great food recommendations. It was our first visit to North Carolina so the suggestions really came in handy!

This might be the best place I’ve stayed! We felt right at home and it was the perfect space for us. David and Brittany were very responsive and kind, and we had everything we needed. The self check in with the keypads was very helpful, and I liked that the house was hidden from the road and from other neighbors. Very clean, and the amenities and yard made us feel secure about having our dog there. Would definitely stay here again! It’s not too far from the beaches while not being in the middle of the tourist areas/traffic.

My husband and I spend the night here because we had a concert. The place was so adorable and very aesthetic. I absolutely loved it! It’s a very peaceful neighborhood. Super clean and very organized! They had a coffee maker which was so nice because who doesn’t love coffee in the morning? I’ve been to many airbnbs and some don’t have netflix like you have to put your info and everything. Here you didn’t have to do that, you had your own netflix account there. that should be extra points! i’ll definitely come back for my next concert :)
