One block off the island's main street, and close to all the restaurants & shopping. Owners live on site & are happy to answer any questions & provide information about the island, restaurants & local attractions.

Welcome to our home! Come stay in our quiet and serene suite, complete with its own private entrance. Cook delicious meals in a real kitchen with full size fridge, stove, & microwave (coffeemaker & toaster too). Sleep well on the adjustable memory foam queen bed. Relax on the sofa and enjoy various streaming services. Get some work done at the desk with the included wifi. Have a friend stay on the queen sleeper sofa. This is our home. You may see or hear our family & dogs around the property.

I bed 1 bathroom studio apartment secondary unit that has a private entrance with dock on the canals in beautiful Surf City. Swim right out your door. Sit on the dock in the sun or under the gazebo. Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is docked there when not in use as in the third pic.

Perfect for family visits or small groups, this private Fayetteville suite comfortably accommodates up to three guests. Enjoy a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 55-inch TV in the bedroom, both with Netflix, Disney+, Premier, and Jellyfin. The bedroom features a king-size bed for two adults and an infant, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa for one adult or two children. The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch.
