PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. There is ample seating in the dining room so you can enjoy a meal in our fully equipped kitchen. For an al fresco meal, seating on the back porch is available. There is 1 bdrm/1 bath downstairs and 2 bdrm/1 bath upstairs. A small wagon with 4 chairs is available to easily get to and from the dock.
