Townhome vacation rentals in Cape Fear River

We loved the airbnb and the location. We had some struggles with the Wi-fi but Kayce took care of the problem which was great because we had a lot of rain. We ended up only using 2 out of 3 bedrooms but if we need a 3 bedroom next visit we would definitely stay here again. Oh, and loved the big comfy couch!!

David and Kris were terrific hosts! They went out of their way to keep us informed of fun events happening around the island, which we greatly appreciated as it was our first time to BHI. The unit is just as pictured and beautifully renovated. Kitchen is expertly organized and has full array of cookware. The location is central on the island, making it a quick ride to the market, beach, club, etc. The surrounding live oaks and foliage are beautiful. I would definitely recommend! We will be back.

Rob's place is the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation! The view from the master bedroom's upstairs deck is wonderful. Leave the door open at night and be lulled to sleep with the calming sounds of waves. The sunrises are spectacular! The beach is not crowded and there is plenty of space for all your beach gear, tents, chairs, etc. Rob's Ocean Breeze (ocean front) townhouse is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The place is very clean and decorated in a coastal theme. He provides all the amenities you need to enjoy your beach getaway. The private beach access is literally steps away from the back deck. It's about 50 yards from the townhouse to the ocean. The Kure Beach Fishing Pier is just a 1/2 mile walk from Rob's place. Once you've arrived at the pier, you can browse through the pier's gift shop before heading out to the town of Kure Beach where you can eat at one of the town's local restaurants. The vibe at Kure Beach is fun and festive!

Christy and Ken were great! The place was as described and super close to the beach and local attractions. Super responsive hosts. Would book again!

Lily is -the best- and her place is aweeesome too! We went with four adults and three kids. Had plenty of room. Walked to the beach every day…was so nice to have the pool and a beautiful home to come back to. Will definitely look to stay again. Thank you Lily!!

We had a great time staying at Rachel’s place. Will stay there again should there be a need. We especially liked the two floors. The beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean.

Great beach getaway home! The house was super clean and looked amazing when we got in! It was minutes away from Kure beach, Carolina beach and wrightsville! Lots of fun things to do and lots of recommendations from Majorie on what events were going on! Enjoyed the trip it was definitely worth the money paid!

The Container home was so comfortable. I will be definitely prioritize this home when I return to Wilmington! The host was so kind, and responsive to my messages. I was going to stay for one week, but was so at home that I extended my stay for two weeks. I was working remote, and the internet was fast, the space was quiet and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants shops and a modern coworking space. So I was able to be focused and also explore the neighborhood. The home had all the amenities I needed, and I would be remiss if I did not mention the comfortable bed. So cozy. Kimberly made me feel right at home and was there when I had any questions. Highly recommend!! I plan to return again.

My group of 8 felt right at home at Alyssa’s property, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We felt right at home. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s STUNNING! Everything was so well thought out in the kitchen , and the golf cart was such a fun way to get around town. Alyssa was very responsive with anything we could need. This was my second time staying in Topsail and can’t wait to go back :)

Stayed here for a wedding weekend in Wilmington. The location was AMAZING! You could easily walk or bike to Wrightsville Beach. The space is clean and has everything you need. I def. would book it again!!

Absolutely Loved Our Stay! If this place is available, don’t hesitate—book it and save yourself some time searching! The home was just as beautiful as the pictures, if not better. It was well-stocked with seasonings, condiments, and everything we needed for cooking. The welcome booklet was a thoughtful touch, filled with helpful information about the house and local area. The rooms were spacious with large, comfortable beds, and there was even a foot massager—a perfect treat after a long day. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Amalia was a great host—very communicative, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great beach stay! We stayed for three nights with two small children. Appreciated the thoughtful touches — adding an infant gate at the top of the stairs, having a clean/new pack and play, and welcome snacks. Unit: Very nice and newer unit! Looks as described and shown in listing photos. Location: Short, less than five minute walk to public beach access. The beach was never crowded, compared to other areas closer to hotels and larger public parking lots. Hosts: Always super responsive and friendly!

Beautiful home in Surf City. Walking distance to the beach and amenities. Property mangers were super proactive and helpful. Highly recommend The Daily Grind or Diver Surfside Cafe for coffee and good vibes.

We had a great stay here! The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. It’s a great location in Carolina Beach- just a short walk to the beach via the public access walkway. The kitchen was very well- appointed. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals! The only hiccup was the hot tub- it required cleaning before using. But as soon as we notified the owners, they scheduled the cleaning for the next morning and all was good. Pool and hot tub were great!

We had a great stay at the Boho Chateau this past weekend! It is very conveniently located in a super cute neighborhood which was perfect for all of the family events that were happening in the area. The backyard was peaceful and private so we even got to do a little meditation and sunbathing! Thank you to Brooke for providing this cute place, for being a great host, & available to us if we ever needed you!

We loved staying here for the weekend. It was so clean and well maintained. It’s the perfect location between the beach and the sound. More than enough linens, towels, and amenities were there for our family. The binder full of recommendations was such a great touch. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year. What a perfect location for families!! Andy's place is perfect for families with children of all ages. It was close enough that we felt comfortable letting our teens explore the beach on their own and easy for me to take our toddler back to the house for a nap. The upstairs loft was spacious and had beds for everyone. They had lots of thoughful details including a "in case you forgot" bin in each bathroom. The outdoor space is adorable and great to visit and enjoy the salty air. My husbands favorite spot was the well stocked outdoor shower. So, whether you are traveling with young or older kiddos, this place is perfect!!

Such a lovely place, with the most thoughtful Airbnb host that I’ve had in 10 years! Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay and it was so appreciated. We stayed for a family graduation weekend and enjoyed it immensely. The screened porch was so nice in the mornings with coffee listening to the birds, and fire pit at night was great to spend some time together.
