Great place to stay and was clean and tidy! Responsive and friendly host who helped with recommendations!

The consistency of reviews led me to book and just says it all. 3 generations, all very happy....we usually eat out a fair bit but enjoyed the space so much we barely did. The feeling is of a huge, comfortable house with an immediately homely and easy air. The kitchen is as at home...every utensil..even a baking cupboard..not treading on eggshells in a cold corporate space, but sharing a family home which has clearly been a haven for generations. Thank you to Joy for her lovely proactive tips...we slept soooo well....and made the most of every moment...the sign of a week well spent in the most comfortable of places.

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

Fantastic place to stay, with the beach only a few minutes walk away. Views are stunning and a lovely restaurant opposite the beach. Really close to all popular destinations in Cornwall. Melanie was very helpful providing lots of information on local food shops and places to visit. I would 100% recommend - 10/10

Had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at Lisa's accommodation. Very spacious, plenty of room for me, my husband and our dog. Comfy beds. Lovely to find milk, tea, coffee, Cornish biscuits and fresh flowers on arrival. Site very peaceful and friendly staff at pub. We easily travelled to Lands End and St Ives while staying here and not far from the coast. Tesco short drive away. Would stay here again and would recommend to others wanting to visit this part of Cornwall.

We didn't spend alot of time there, due to the activities we had planned, but very comfortable and accommodating. Would stay again.

A fantastic lodge with uninterrupted views of the beautiful Cornish countryside and the Atlantic Ocean at Holywell Bay. The lodge is finished to a very high spec and had every thing you could want for. The hot tub and outside space are fabulous! We will definitely return!

Great home, excellent location to visit tourist attractions.

We had a lovely time, perfect garden for our dog. There were many beautiful walks and we managed to watch the sunset at the monument. The house was clean and tidy, we would definitely book again.

Lovely home from home with everything you could need. Arrived to find some scones, jam and cream, some milk, tea and coffee for us to use. Plenty of the essentials as well like loo roll, bin bags, washing up liquid, towels etc. Great location for the A30, lots of local amenities. Helen was easy to contact, responsive and friendly. A great place to stay for us when we needed to find temporary accommodation for a few weeks.

Christine was a fantastic host, she met us on arrival and let us in to the house earlier than the check in time, that was so lovely as it was a very long journey and made it so much better being able to unpack and settle earlier than expected. The house was clean tidy and very homely, with a little extra touch of some milk and cookies on arrival. we had all the amenities we needed and the shops and local pub was walking distance away.

A gorgeous house within walking distance of Hayle beach. The house was brilliantly appointed and was very comfortable. Gorgeous views over the estuary enhanced our stay. Annie was a great host - very responsive and informative.

Had a wonderful stay at Marilyn’s place whilst visiting family - ideally placed between north and south coasts and very well appointed. Marilyn was a great host, nothing was too much trouble and the generous ‘welcome pack’ was very much appreciated. Thank you for having us Marilyn, hope to see you again soon 🫶

Excellent location and a tranquil setting. Property was excatly as described and the views were stunning. Easy walk down to Porthminster beach and into St Ives. Highly recommended and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Corri’s cottage is fabulous, beautifully decorated with comfortable sofas and beds. Kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed to cook on the few evenings we didn’t eat out. Lovely garden with sofas/chairs to lounge on which we did get to enjoy despite some mixed weather. Mousehole is a perfect place to set off on some stunning costal walks which is what we spent our week doing. We also enjoyed dinner at 2 Fore Street, Mackerel Sky & the Tolcarne Inn.

From before we arrived until after we left the communications from Jamie were super clear and easy to follow. He even allowed us to access the property on check in day a little early as we arrived in Cornwall sooner than expected. For us it was a complete home away from home and would love to stay again.

This place is a real gem and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful views, peace and serenity. It's within a short walk of amazing beaches and close to all local amenities that you need. St. Ives is easily accessible and we used it as a base for many other Cornish locations - Penzance, Land's End and Falmouth were an easy drive away. The property itself, aside from being in a great location, was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and had all amenities that were advertised and the pictures in the listing were accurate and recent. Karen was a great host, very responsive and left a number of goodies in the kitchen to welcome us, which was an extra special touch that we didn't expect. We stayed for 7 nights and could easily have stayed longer.

What an amazing find! Utterly private and feels very rural. Even though the lovely village of St Agnes and glorious beaches and towns are only a short distance away! Very cosy and eclectic home with some delicious treats and a bottle of fizz left by Kate and Simon. If you do stay, you HAVE TO use Sunny Spice, whether it’s for takeaway or eat in. Best South Indian food and yummy dosas I’ve had outside of London or Kerala! Thank you for making us so welcome and for the brilliant recommendations of places to go and local eateries.

A beautiful place with stunning a sea view. Felt like home away from home. Super clean place with stylish furniture and fresh linen and towels. Jennifer the host was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to answer any questions asap. We already have recommended this place to our friends and will be staying there again when we come back to Cornwall. If we could give it six stars we would.

The most beautiful getaway. The views over the meadow to the sea and St Michael’s Mount are incredible any time of the day and we loved spending time on the terrace. Perfect location for walking, sea swims and east to get into town and explore the Cornish coast. The decor is also amazing with so much attention to detail. Will be back!
