Beach house vacation rentals in Brighton, Brighton and Hove

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

We stayed here for my friends hen do, it was in a great location and a great size for the 14 of us. It never felt too small for us, and there is plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready!

Spent a lovely and peaceful family weekend at Simone’s place. Upon arriving the Airbnb was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos with some added personal touches in the kitchen (thank you). A lovely view over the beach which was so much calmer and peaceful in comparison to others beaches further along. 10 minute walk to the high street with some very nice independent shops. Simone was flexible on checkout which was great for us as we had nice weather the weekend we visited. 🙂 Would highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

Our stay at Jane's lovely home was outstanding. An incredible location in Brighton and perfect for our group. Jane was the most lovely host and very responsive to any of our queries. We hope to be back!

Mark was very responsive in replying to messages before and during our stay. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout giving the house a light airy feeling. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was very well equipped. The beds were very comfy and the two bathrooms with additional downstairs loo was very handy. Location is a short taxi ride from the train station and all of Brighton town centre is easily walkable from the house. We very much enjoyed our stay!

I was only at Anne-Marie’s house overnight, but it was a lovely, quiet spot away from the bustle of Brighton but conveniently close to everything. It’s a beautiful house with a lovely garden, and I would have no hesitation in staying there again!

2 Steyning Road was Lovely Beautiful I would recommend coffee tea for the customers because a lot of people would notice that Lucy provided a lot for the place for cleaning products but tea and coffee would make a customer very happy. I would recommend a table and chairs as a supplement because we can't take chairs from the living room and kitchen and the outdoor lounge does not permit it. Also I believe Lucy should interact more with the customer because anything could be needed in check in so regular phone calls or emails would be appreciated after booking. We left a nice feedback in the guestbook and We will come back again as we miss the place already. We are hopeful that the place will be available when we try to book on airbnb. I stayed at West Pier House with some friends for my 40th birthday. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the station, even closer to the sea front and 10 minutes from The Lanes. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Cat and Andy were great hosts, easy to contact and very amenable. So I chose this house! Thank you both!

It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

Great communication with the owner. Had an excellent stay with my family for a couple of nights. Indoor pool was enjoyed by all. Ideal location with Brighton only 10 minutes away.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

Excellent few days in a spacious house full of character. The space is great for groups with lots of activities and plenty of eating and chilling out areas. We loved the location being close to the coast and with plenty of amenities on hand. The pool was great and so helpful to have lots of beach towels provided. Thanks again!

When I booked I did not realise it was Pride weekend. Great vibe in Brighton, but was relieved to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle. The apartment worked well for us. We love to play tennis and utilised the public tennis court across the road. The busses into Brighton is frequent and 24 hours. A freshly baked vegan banana bread with butter and almond milk was waiting for us on Check in and a lovely red wine. Communicating with Susan was so easy - answered within minutes. Will stay here again.

The house is as described, large and airy, with doors onto a fabulous garden on several terraced levels. We particularly enjoyed using the basement cinema and the children loved the outside swimming pool. The dining room was great for family meals and boardgames. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feel very special, and having the ensuite bathrooms is brilliant. Jason was very helpful and very responsive when we messaged him. We had a great week despite some very dodgy weather!

An ideal location during an excellent summer week for me, my wife and our family, including young grandchildren. Welcoming, with excellent and extensive facilities our host made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable and relaxing time. Edwina responded promptly when we had a question and made it clear she would be there, if we needed any assistance. The description and numerous photos left no unwelcome surprises, we were very pleased with what we found. A generous and thoughtful host. A beautiful area with a range of activities, to suit all ages, supported by a peaceful home with plenty of things to amuse and entertain you if you want to chill out in between days out. All round great success.

This is a beautiful house. It’s got three great living spaces - two reception room and a big kitchen. There’s also the outside space and the pool. We had a great time. We also enjoyed the private entrance to the beach, which is just across the road from the house. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We found some good places to eat: Mamma Mia, The Lagoon and Chez Moi (great place to celebrate a family birthday). Would recommend!

Had a great weekend stay in the funky house! Clean and tidy with great funky decor for lots of photo opportunity’s. The host was very responsive to messages and was there to greet at check in. It’s a great location to go into Brighton without being right in the hustle and bustle.

We loved the small house. It was exactly as described and was more than well equipped. There was tea, coffee, even milk. Nothing was missing and very clean.

Fabulous house, nice location to mooch into town through Kemptown or down to the beach. Kate was a very helpful and communicative host and we had an all round great stay!

A decent town house close to everything Brighton has to offer with the added bonus of dedicated parking. OK in off season but small courtyard garden hardly gets any sun so in summer some could be dissapointed. Had a small issue with the shower screen that led to a flooded bathroom floor. Owner quick to respond and he will fix it. We said not to worry whilst we were there and used towels tomorrow up.

This little cottage is a hidden gem. It is so comfy and cosy and so very stylish. We would happily move in! The beds were super comfy, and the host had thought of everything you could possibly need to make the stay easy and feel like a home from home. Highly recommend you stay here.
