Beautiful spacious lower gd floor one bedroom apartment with your own private walled garden, just 12 mins walk from Brighton station. The flat sleeps 2 with the option of splitting the king sized bed into 2 singles if you're travelling with a friend. Located in the friendly Seven dials area of Brighton with it's cafe's and independent shops. Check in is 3 pm but flexibility to drop off bags and collect a key earlier. If you are driving please check info as we have parking restrictions 9am -8pm.

At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed. The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. Self contained room with ensuite, close to station

This lovely studio room with an ensuite shower room is a comfy self contained space. The bed is a 6ft wide Super King. There is a remote operated black out blind and a silent fridge. We are in the centre of Brighton but we are up a steep hill from the station! The room is part of our home where we live and our kitchen is above. We aim to keep as quiet as we possibly can (90% plus reviews confirm this) but maybe don’t book if you require 100% silence all morning :-).
