Only 1 hr to London, 40 min to Gatwick. We have a large garden, beautiful working fireplace, ambiance, peace, stylish and comfortable living with many local shops just a 2 min walk. Great for couples, families (with kids), 3 generation families (kids and grandparents too!).

The Shepherds Hut at The Apple Barn

Enjoy a wonderful stay in our original rustic shepherds hut. Situated in a private, and enclosed field with an outdoor shower and compost loo with a Bbq and dining area along with a little outdoor basic kitchen. Surrounded by hammocks with access to our large swimming pool. The Shepherds Hut has a double bed, a stove and electricity. With views up to Chanctonbury Ring and the South Downs. We are an area of dark sky perfect for stargazing. Pls note some road noise to be expected.

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.
