We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Large rooms which are nicely decorated and comfy beds. The permit parking was handy and easy to use and there is a bus stop just down the road to get to Brighton. Thank you for our lovely stay :)

Really comfortable home, easy access, in a quiet street. Graham had left lots of provisions in the kitchen. It felt more like a home than a rental and we were very comfortable. Good location, close to best area on the beach and great pubs nearby. Walking distance to central Brighton but also quick bus links. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at Charlie’s place. Viktorija was super quick to respond and everything was seamless. The house is funky and spacious and has everything that you need. The location is perfect, peaceful but right in the centre with easy access to everything that Brighton has to offer. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants as well as the Royal Pavilion and the beach. Great stay, Thank you

My family and I had such an incredible time staying at this stunning home in central Brighton hosted by Renny (Your Brighton Holiday Ltd)! There truly aren’t enough words to express how wonderful and memorable our stay was, and how appreciative we are to Renny for his incredible support and accommodation! After arriving to the UK after a long day of travel from Canada, we felt so comforted finding the home with Renny’s detailed instructions, and felt so welcome with fresh milk in the fridge for tea and special jams for our toast. Such a fresh and clean space, with so much ambience and charm! We loved how close and central we were to everything, and absolutely loved walking down to the water and exploring all of the incredible and unique shops and local coffee spots. Renny was absolutely amazing from the get go with prompt and organized communication, and no detail was left unturned (including special amenities for my baby nephew)! Highly recommend staying in this beautiful space!

Joanna was incredibly helpful from the moment I first enquired about the property. She was very communicative, very friendly and was accommodating throughout. She was able to offer additional support regarding the needs of my elderly parents and the property itself was lovely, clean and very close to the city centre. I highly recommend.

Lovely place and very easy location to get into Brighton. It's very homely and felt right at home. Eugenie was extremely accommodating and super helpful with any questions or requests. It's a lived in home as described which made the experience all the better as felt very cosy and enjoyed staying at home! 10/10 recommend, and would stay here again!

My family and I loved staying in this property. It had everything we needed, and was clean and homely. It was also fantastically located, just behind the main high street with great coffee shops, restaurants and lots of interesting shops to peruse. It's also a short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

Superb location and amenities! The large kitchen and dining room table were incredibly useful. There was plenty of crockery and spare linen and overall we had a great stay there.

Fantastic place to stay for a group. Great location, everything within walking distance. Jo & Ian were great and allowed us to stay in longer on check out day. Bedrooms were all decorated differently and the whole place was very spacious! Will definitely be back, thanks for a great stay! :)

What a fabulous weekend in Brighton we’ve just had, Robs house was very clean and tidy and a great space to live. Very quiet but only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Rob was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I have a feeling we’ll be staying again Thanks Rob

10 of us stayed here and we had the best time! It’s in the perfect location just a short walk to the pier! Nice quiet road close to shops. The house comfortably slept 10 and the beds were so comfortable. It’s the perfect accommodation for a girls weekend away! And dawn was so responsive and helpful even giving us a complimentary early check in as our flight landed early! I can’t recommend dawns place enough!!

We had a great 3 week stay at Matthew’s place. The house is as nice as the pictures are and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Matthew was kind, responsive and always checked we had everything we needed, even leaving our dog a little toy :)

Thank you Mark for the wonderful stay! It was ideal for our group celebrating my sister. You were very accommodating for us and flexible to our arrangements for getting in early. Each room was spacious and beds were so comfy and clean. It was prime location and we could walk to the train within 5 minutes. We especially loved the music system that meant we could have the radio in and hear it in the bathroom. Such a cool feature! Everything was ideal for us and we had the perfect stay. Thank you!

We had the best weekend stay at this lovely house in Brighton! The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach, right opposite the coop and next door to a 24/7 off license and a pizza place that stayed open till midnight, all which come in handy! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was open plan with the living room area so perfect for socialising as a group! The beds were super comfy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries. We especially loved the pink coffee cups and plates, they matched our theme for my sister 30th. The garden was a sun trap, loved it! The host Charlie was friendly, responsive, and made check-in really easy. He provided clear instructions and photos to help find the house location. This was one of the best short-term rentals we’ve stayed in and we have rented an air b&b 3 times in Brighton now. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Charlie!

Lovely house, super close to the station and an easy walk to the shops and seafront. Quiet, despite being close to everything. Super clean and easy to find. Good communication from the host to fix a small issue. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant Stay – Perfect for Groups & Near the Beach! We had a fantastic weekend at this spacious, well-equipped house with friends. Ideal for large groups, it had plenty of room, comfy beds, and a great kitchen for cooking/drinking together. Clean, modern, and thoughtfully furnished, the house had everything we needed. The host was helpful and responsive too. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Highly recommend for family or group stays—especially with the beach so close! We’d love to return.

Within walking distance to the beach and a short bus ride from the centre of Brighton, the location was ideal. The property itself was spacious, beautifully designed and filled with lots of artwork that gave it a unique charm. We especially enjoyed the sunny garden - perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea in the morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!
