We have a shopping square over the road , you can get everything you need there. We are a 5 minute walk to a beach with great cafes . A dog friendly park is just a stroll up the road. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee.

Location, Location, Location. This 1 bed holiday flat is entirely yours for your stay. I highly recommend coming by train as once you are here it is so easy to get around on foot, bus, train or taxi. Literally surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and the beach. Brighton is a short bus ride away or a 30 min walk along the promenade or along Church Road passing shops, bars and restaurants all the way.
