House vacation rentals in Brazil

We went as 7 people, stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with the cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, mine loved being able to run around the lawn outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

We had a wonderful weekend! Since the appointment I was very well oriented and attended by the hosts, in everything we needed were always willing. We even left a homemade bread on the last day! The house is very well taken care and equipped, very faithful to the photos, the condominium is a delight and very quiet! We made suggestions that were openly received, but were details only for minor improvements. Thanks to the hosts and we hope to return soon, we certainly recommend to those who wish to flee the city and have days of rest and quiet!

We had a wonderful experience at this house in Monte Verde! The house is simply charming, very charming, cozy and extremely well equipped — thought out in the smallest details to offer comfort. The location is also excellent, very close to the center, which made our tours much easier. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation!

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole land itself is a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch, but because of the rain it was impossible to pass, because there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

It was very nice, Leandro always communicated in a friendly and accommodating way (thank you for the note with delivery options). Very quiet and romantic surroundings. Beautiful walks and just beautiful to sit and look out. Perfect for a couple's time out. We'd love to come back! A car would be an advantage.

Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

We feel like we're in Greece while in Brazil!!! Everything absolutely impeccable! The apartment is located in an exclusive condominium on the side of Arraial, at a perfect distance to enjoy everything the city has to offer and unforgettable panoramic views. The apartment is very comfortable, everything is top quality, everything is very well thought out and organized. We enjoyed each apartment, each one offering a very pleasant atmosphere. The top floor is truly a gem to enjoy full afternoons. The pool is very clean and everything is very well cared for. Excellent communication and a lot of concern at all times from the owner and the person in charge on site. Thank you so much for such beautiful memories!!

First, the bad things: 1. The housekeeper was finishing the cleaning at 6:30 pm; 2. The suite outside the house needs renovation, there was moisture on the walls; 2. At 11:20 am, the housekeeper came to charge us for leaving the property, I almost died of fright; 3. Dirty bathroom mats. 4. Some pillows are stained, but 70% of them are clean. Good things: 1. The interior of the house is compatible with the photos; 2. Polite housewife; 3. House without the smell of mold; 4. Fireplace with good smoke flow; 5. We feel that the house is a home. 6. Fred is looking to make the house better every day for rent. 7. Very beautiful place with outdoor fun, and safe. We would be back.

It was a magical weekend. It was a pleasure to experience the whole island. The house is beautiful, and it has a wonderful energy. All very clean and organized. All the people we had contact with on the island were very receptive and attentive. Without a doubt we will return.

Luiz’s home in Búzios is beautiful. The location is unbeatable, super close to all of the attractions, bars and restaurants… We walked everywhere. The place is very clean and tidy. The private spa is definitely the unique selling point, simply amazing. Having a private hot tub to chill in after a busy day was top class! Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful part of Brazil, such a lovely break form the hussle and bustle of Rio de Janeiro

Amazing!! Beautiful place, the house is impeccable, extremely clean and everything is very well taken care of, exactly as shown in the photos. The place is very quiet and provides a lot of privacy. I fell in love with the view, I could spend days just watching. Lucília was extremely kind, always responding very quickly and kindly. When we arrived, she had left us strawberries in the refrigerator, the strawberries were great, sweet. Anyway, everything was perfect!! I'll definitely come back more often.

Bruno’s place was spectacular and truly one-of-a-kind. Secluded from the buzz of town, it was the perfect place to unplug, recharge, and integrate after a big trek. The ladder into the ocean made for refreshing morning dips—more of a cold plunge than a swimming hole. The space was clean, and Bruno’s instructions and tips were helpful. It’s a true nature-immersed cottage, so expect some bugs and sea-air-soaked linens. If you're after a pristine resort, this isn’t it—but after camping, we were so grateful for a soft bed and warm shower. WiFi worked great, and Bruno was quick to respond. The road in is rugged—we were glad to have an SUV. Expect 20 minutes on a rough, rocky path from downtown Ubatuba. The remoteness made it less convenient to get into town, but we didn’t mind. Overall, a restorative and memorable stay. We’d absolutely return.

Andre was a truly amazing host. He lives nearby and treated us more like friends than guests. We were even invited to his birthday party — an unforgettable and authentic dive into Brazilian culture. The home is located about 1.5 kilometers up a rocky dirt road, with a 300-meter elevation gain — which probably makes a huge difference during the hot season. The views of the granite mountains are stunning, and you really feel immersed in nature. Monkeys are frequent guests There are fantastic hiking trails nearby, including one that leads to a waterfall, and I especially recommend the trail to Chinesa Vista — one of the most breathtaking views of the city from above. It’s about a 30-minute walk each way and a great little workout

We had a wonderful stay! The house is super comfortable, well-equipped and cozy — we didn't miss anything at all. I felt at home from day one! Everything was thought out with great affection. The service was also impeccable: friendly, helpful and always available hostess. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

We wanted to thank you for your stay! Everything is very good! The hydro, air conditioning, hot water in the faucets and the projector are the highlights of the house. But we have some very important points for improvement that we think need to be taken into account, for example: Security needs to be improved, the main gate of the house is made of wood, very “mixuruca”. When we got there, there was an open part. We live in Rio de Janeiro and we know how much violence there is, even though it's a bucolic neighborhood. In addition, the lighting of the outside also leaves something to be desired when night comes. It would be safer if the room was closed with glass and not just curtains. In addition, we had difficulties with the stove and oven and did not get answers. We also found foci of dengue mosquito larvae under the outdoor sink. An imminent danger.

Nathália and her team (Júnior and Grazi) were sensational from the first contact. The house is really like the photos and served us very well with several children and adults! The full kitchen is a very positive point, as is the quality of the items in the suites. Highly recommended.

What an amazing weekend at Vista do Recanto Itaipava, a super clean, organized, very cozy place. Roberta welcomed us in the best way, always proactive, made all the difference. Unique place, my wife and I love this place. The saddest moment is the time to leave, lol. Just thank you, very top.
