The house is just as it is in the photos. The hostess responds super fast and is very helpful. He gave several tips. The place is great for resting and for children to have fun and have contact with nature. The fruit trees and the garden added to the wonderful experience we had.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed. The outdoor spaces are charming and green and always felt tranquil. The beach and good restaurants were just a block away. They provide a cooler, flip flops, towels and a chair and umbrella at the beach. Sabrina (the incredibly lovely manager) was available at all times to support and answer questions. ! cannot recommend enough!

Very nice stay, close to the beach. Good house for those looking for tranquility. Neighborhood very residential but has some small trades very close by. I recommend it. Easy communication with the hostess, who by way of very kind and helpfulness.

Luiz's place is wonderful! The house has an amazing view and has everything you need in the accommodation. It has very good towels and bedding, a blanket near the fireplace and a new sponge in the sink, as well as plenty of firewood for the fireplace. One of the house's differentials is that it is accessible to anyone with low mobility. It has wide doors, is flat and the bathroom opens to give access to a wheelchair if necessary. Communication with Luiz is always very agile. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the house, and I have nothing to complain about, the host was super attentive and answered our questions on arrival, very quickly. I have nothing to complain about, and we changed our travel schedule precisely because of the house, which would be without guests that weekend. It was super worth it.

It was a family trip and we loved the house! We went as 5 people, but it accommodates twice as many with peace of mind. The house is compact, but very well divided. The rooms are air-conditioned and spacious. As for the host, he was super kind and helpful, it's really worth the stay. I'll be back more often for sure!

The property is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious house, high ceiling, well ventilated, special attention to the shower, which is very good, I really like the region where the property is located, for me the best region of Itaguá, there are great places for breakfast and great for walking with the pet, good restaurants, bars, very diverse and easy access to other beaches.

Excellent location, I recommend it without a doubt!
