The house is great, it matches the photos and the description, besides being spacious it is very cozy, my family and I were very well accommodated and had a lot of fun, the house is well located, it is very close to the beach and you can go on foot, the view from the pool to the garden is beautiful, besides having everything we need in the kitchen, the local shops are also very close, we did everything on foot and we didn't need a car. The housekeeper Raquel is a sweetheart, she helped us a lot and Flávio helped us whenever we needed, in addition to giving us excellent tips on the beaches. We'll be back for sure...

Ana’s place was a perfect location for us, walking distance to two beaches and close drive to town. It is paradise and I recommend her place.

Impeccable and comfortable accommodation, family place, quiet and with 0 annoying noises. Wifi, air-conditioning and tv functioning perfectly, plus a full kitchen. Access to the house and the surroundings is by road on the ground, but this does not make it difficult and does not prevent access, the sand ramp that in the comments was a negative point, no longer exists, super quiet to climb with any type of car. Bruna gave us indications of places and trails to do, it was amazing, we did some and we visited some restaurants that were indicated and it was amazing. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back. We love the fact that we can take our puppy♥️.

It was simply magical! This house has the most beautiful view we have ever seen in our lives — to fill the eyes and the heart. Every sunrise, every moment there seemed like a gift from nature. The beach in front is a paradise, calm, beautiful and perfect for relaxing. And the trails in the surroundings are incredible — we walked to Costão and also to Andorinha, moments we will treasure forever. But what made everything even more special was the hostess: a wonderful, generous, caring and luminous person. We felt true affection from the first moment. We left with our hearts full of gratitude and the certainty that we want to return many, many times. Thank you very, very much for everything!

I stayed with my family (2 adults with 2 children under 4 and 1 year old), and the place was very comfortable for us. The cabin complies with everything reported by the host (whom we thank for his continuous willingness to answer our questions), and its location is easily accessible on foot (Buzios has a fairly diverse topography, but access to the cabin, and from it to the nearby beaches is quite simple compared to the surroundings). In addition, you can walk to places of dispersion. Nearby there are all kinds of options for eating and shopping, etc., and if you need transportation, there is also public transportation 100 meters away. Very cozy location, with a wonderful space with a swimming pool and gazebo. Matheus was very kind and let us in before check-in time. The location is a 5-minute walk from the center, making it easy to get around.

The place is just like the photos, a nice complex with parking. It's literally on the main street, so you can walk everywhere. Excellent place, I would definitely book it again.

The accommodation suited us perfectly, The structure of the house is great and there is Alcileny, who needs no introduction. The house is spacious, well located and even the structure is surprising in person compared to the photos. The only negative point is that the beach in front is only suitable for swimming when the tide is high. Nothing else to complain about in relation to the house. We'll be back soon!

Cida is a lovely person, always responding on time and clearing up all my doubts. The accommodation met all my expectations, the location is identical to the photos, the Studio is cozy, clean, with a super-equipped kitchen, the location is great especially for those who like peace and quiet... the Studio is between two beaches, Praia Grande and Praia do Curral, it is also close to Praia da Feiticeira, which is our favorite. The place definitely won my heart and we'll be back more often.

Host was great. We had an event with some people at work and it was wonderful. For those who want a spacious house and a beautiful view the choice is perfect. The only point of attention is for heavier cars (trucks or SUV), the entrance has an ingrime spine and the car may slip if it goes backwards. The rest is perfect.
