Property according to the listing, Edson was very helpful to all requests. The property is on a high floor, in front of the pools, has accessibility with an elevator, parking near the block, direct access and beach service. In front the hotel forms a natural pool great for children. It has swimwear and a bed, including pool towels. has children's recreation. Because it's a flat with a kitchen, there could be tablecloths, some dish towels. It has breakfast, lunch and dinner paid for separately. It has a market within the condominium with several articles (tip to order a 20L galao in a lodge). there is no daily housekeeping service in the room. I would definitely return to this development again

I went with my husband and two young children, it was wonderful days, the children loved everything, Edgar promptly answered all my questions, very considerate. I didn't even want to leave the hotel! As for Edgar, everything was perfect, the only problem was that on the last day we couldn't enjoy the pools because the indoor pool was closed for maintenance and at the same time they also closed the outdoor pool due to a problem with bees that would be captured by an expert, and so we were without a pool, which made the children sad. But in short it was soooo worth it!!

I highly recommend you stay. Rodrigo is a simply fantastic, proactive host who is always concerned with the guest's well-being. They gave us all the necessary support, and the hosting is exceptional.

The stay was great. We are a family of four adults and we all loved the hotel. The room is very nice, spacious and overlooking Beto Carreiro Park, and the bathroom is divided, so it can be used by multiple people at once, which is great. The restaurant and pool are also great.

Everything as advertised. Comfortable apartment, clean and fragrant bed linens, everything new, clean and organized. Robson is very attentive and helpful. Quiet place, pleasant water pools. The place has a gym, court, game room, playroom (with proactive monitors) - they took the children to a small trail, my daughters loved it. Place to rest.

We were very well received by the hotel staff from check-in to check-out. (All very kind and helpful) The room is a nice size and comfortably accommodates 4 people, the cleaning was impeccable and we were very well received with a nice message on the mirror and a welcome letter. The hotel has a great structure, activities for children, is very close to the park, so you can walk there if you want. The hotel has shuttle services (we paid R$10.00 round trip) per person. We rented the baby stroller on their recommendation and it was very worth it! (Even for those who go with a small child I recommend taking or renting the stroller) Magdiel was sweet and very attentive.

We come back from there today, the place is wonderful, great place, great space, great space, great for children and for adults as well. Vanessa as host was a grace, polite, patient and we gave wonderful tips. We will definitely go back.

The place is great for staying with kids, plenty of space and recreation. Location with easy access to restaurants and shops. The apartment is great too.

Fabio's unit at the Buzios Beatch Resort is super cool. There are two suites with huge beds, the whole hotel structure ( bedding, soap, shampoo, hair dryer etc.) + a living/mini kitchen with sofa bed, minibar, small dining table, sink and closets. The three rooms have a balcony that can lead to a swimming pool. I don't mean you can see it, but literally you stay on your balcony with your foot in the water, which is really cool. For being a resort you have a full hotel service: messenger, towels, bed linen, valet, etc. The resort itself is quite cool, has huge pools, some interesting activities too. We do not like the restaurant, we pay a very expensive dinner to have few options and bad food.. the rest of us prefer to do outside the resort. We generally come out very happy, and would like to come back more often.

Milene is a perfect host! He took all the questions with great promptness and patience and the location was exactly as promised and advertised. Our New Year was delicious ! We'll definitely be back again !
