Our apartment has 80 m2 of internal space and it is in a condomínium (condo) on the waterfront promenade, with leisure area in the sand, sun umbrella and beach chairs, swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, playroom, fitness, two parking spaces and 24 hour access control. We are close to the "Badauê" restaurant and "Chapéu de Sol pizzeria". At Juquehy beach, there are good options for walks, kayak rentals and surf instructors. For shopping, the beach also offers malls, supermarkets and food trucks.
