Paul's studio in Bixiga is awesome. I had a great longterm stay. It is private and peaceful while being right in the middle of everything in São Paulo. The bed is good, the kitchen and bathroom had everything i needed and I was able to do all of my work over the wifi. There are many markets and restaurants in the area and it always felt safe. Bixiga is a culturally significant neighborhood, but you can always walk to Paulista to get all the malls and the metropolitan experience. There is a bikeshare close by and there is a lot of bus and walking accessibility. Paul is really friendly and willing to help if needed. The other folks in the complex are nice and no one bothers anyone. It was great to find peace like this in São Paulo!

Excellent house, very well-equipped, it has what a traveler needs, comfort, all the appliances you need on a trip, super well-equipped, top quality and abundant dishes, there are recreational elements for the beach, the house is very beautiful and comfortable in a very beautiful, quiet and safe area... Warm... Thomaz was always available, very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Our period in the house was very good, both Myke and Geane approached us very well, were receptive and even woke up at 5 am to hand over the keys due to our traffic delay, in the end it went well, not only do I recommend it but I intend to return when I want to go to the north coast again!!!

A very well located house, a 10-minute walk from the Rua das Piedras sector, full of pharmacies, shops and restaurants. The property has security at the entrance of the condominium, so we could go for a walk quietly all day. Would definitely go back to the same place

We spent 3 days at Luciana's house, we arrived and it didn't take long for us to get in, the house was clean. It is well decorated and had many utensils, we cooked, we barbecued, we enjoyed the TV, the wonderful condominium with swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, restaurant, spectacular beach service. Luciana is a great host, she never took more than 10 minutes to respond, extremely attentive. Comfortable beds and pillows, wonderful showers and air-conditioning in every apartment, it was an amazing stay. In front of the beach and next to several restaurants and ice cream parlors, cafes and we will definitely be back!!!!

All IMPECCABLE! I rented this house to go with my husband, children (4 years and the other 6 months) and my parents. Since the time of closing the reservation and throughout the stay, Raul and Eline were attentive, quick to respond and gave us all the detailed information. The house is super clean, organized and well equipped. There is nothing missing! The beach is close and the path is great, even for those with children (in my case even with a stroller). The condominium has friendly, attentive and helpful staff, especially Thiago. The swimming pool is a beachfront paradise is breathtaking. I have nothing to complain about because everything was perfect. We had blessed days, with great comfort and peace. I intend to return soon.

The house is PERFECT, super equipped, fragrant, tidy and very nice, we had a great time on the balcony, where we enjoyed nature and its beauty. The house has games, a water dispenser, bath towels, a barbecue, bed linen and everything else you need to have a great time! There are two very cozy en-suites. The host is to be congratulated!!!

The house is close to Neuroreab Clinic (10 min walk), close to bakery, market, restaurant, church, shopping, great accommodation, we felt at home, it had everything we needed to spend the month. Samuel was very attentive. The house is exactly as the photos and descriptions. Thank you Samuel.

Our stay at Luís Carlos' house was perfect. His parents, who welcomed us, were super flexible and kind. Beautiful cozy space! Fatima was a wonderful host and even prepared her fire pit for us so we could make a fire on a cold night. Worth noting that uber was easy to get from this location, so you could even consider not bringing a car, though we did and it was easy! Would definitely book again in the future!

The countryside is breathtaking. In the house everything is well preserved or new: furniture, utensils, sheets, towels, in addition the bed is very comfortable, there is a hammock, stools and a table to put in the outdoor area. We used the barbecue and it worked very well. Outside there is a lot of nature, flowers and stones that make up the environment. We used the spa/jacuzzi, it was windy, but we still enjoyed it for quite some time. Regarding the surroundings, we walked to some beaches (Calheiros; João de Campo; Simão), it is a reasonable walk, the return is a little more difficult because of the climb to get to the house, those who are used to walking and have physical endurance, without any mobility restrictions will do it easily. All spaces were very clean and, although they were working in the house at the back, they were careful to make as little noise as possible. The hosts are extremely attentive and pleasant, they give clear instructions and also offered great tips. We'll be back for sure.
