Vila Pithaya is truly a unique experience. The house is super well-equipped, very comfortable bed, excellent quality sheets and towels. The decor is beautiful!! But the best thing is the service and the people who make us feel at home. Breakfast and lunch made with great affection! Very easy communication with everyone! I highly recommend it! The location is perfect for resting! We love the fact that they provide bicycles! Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

"Incredible experience!" I spent a wonderful week in this house, celebrating my birthday with friends, and it was perfect! The house is beautiful, the photos correspond to the reality, with environments integrated to the leisure area and swimming pool. The location is excellent: a 10-minute walk from the centrinho and 15 from Mucugê Beach (on the way back, we took a van because of the slope, super practical). The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bed and bath linens are of great quality, always impeccably clean and changed frequently, which has further elevated our experience. The services are impeccable, with high-level cleaning and an excellent breakfast, prepared by Bruno and his staff, always with great variety and quality. I thank Meire, the host, Dajuda and her assistant for the care of cleaning, and Bruno and his team for the impeccable coffee. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was even better than the photos, very comfortable and had a stunning view! We encountered an issue with the water heater, but this was handled quickly. Silvana, who lives on the property, was absolutely amazing. She helped give us recommendations, and set up breakfast each day. Our stay was extra special due to her attention to detail and her patience with my terrible portuguese. We appreciated her very much! We highly recommend!

The Sol house is incredibly beautiful, just like the photos. In addition to being sterically beautiful, the house is super comfortable and clean. The Maga concierge was an angel who helped us organize our stay and script during the 6 days we stayed; he gave great recommendations, booked the beach clubs, took us to very special places, in addition to having hired excellent cooks for the days when we closed meals in the house. We were in a group of 10 people, being a pre-teen and I believe that our home experience could not be better, mainly due to Magá's help.

Great stay. We spent an excellent carnival in the house. Super quiet and practically foot in the sand. Andrei is a great host. Casa exactly as described.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Alexis is one of the best airbnb hosts I've come across, extremely attentive and helpful and always there for us when we need help with anything. Staying in Villa Alexandrino is a dream - such a unique location, feels like living in a castle. We hired additional services such as breakfast and a barbecue, and everything was perfect as well. Alexis and the rest of his team here made sure sure we had an incredible time. Unforgettable trip!

The house is wonderful and I think the images are not enough to describe it. It has a privileged view towards Ferradura Bay and all you need to enjoy the place. Simon is a great host and is always attentive to every detail. He gave us many recommendations for walks, restaurants and different activities that I can say, they were very accurate!!. The location is perfect, within a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beaches and various attractions of Buzios. In addition to all this, the administrator is always present, Hugo, who is a great person, very attentive and always available to make your stay a perfect time. Nor can we forget Jackeline, who is a great cook and helped us with the various household chores, making our vacations very comfortable. Only 3 of them left to thank for their impeccable attention and always timely disposition.

We loved the house! Our stay was excellent! Spacious, comfortable and organized home! Everyone, especially children, loves a heated pool! Full kitchen, we didn't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, filtered drinking water (not having to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with tent assembly! We felt a little lacking in a few more beach chairs to be made available, but everything worked out because we used the chairs from the beach huts! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, pool slide that there was no time to enjoy everything! Didn't even have time to turn on the TV! Dayane is a great host, she responds quickly and is always very polite, she gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

A beautiful and pleasant house, very ventilated, very clear. Tastefully decorated, very well equipped. The location is great, in the best part of the beach. The house staff were very kind and helpful. Highlight to Aline, a love of person!

The stay was wonderful, we loved everything! The house is beautiful and very comfortable, the beach is perfect! The pool heating made all the difference because we had colder nights. We'll definitely be back.

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will be back.

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

Cinematographic house. Wonderful outdoor area and functional indoor areas decorated in very good taste. The support team was sensational, providing everything we planned impeccably. A special mention to Gabriela, always available and making everything easy to accomplish. The only point to comment on was the lack of air conditioning in the two main rooms, as we caught an extremely hot period in Rio. But since there is a smaller room with air-conditioning, it did not affect the stay at all. I highly recommend the space!

Passing by to tell a little of the experience we live in this amazing house! We went in the family ( 4 couples and all very well accommodated in suites ) the house without a doubt was the best we ever were, the wonderful view, wake up open the windows and see the beautiful sea, the kitchen with all utensils ( my son-in-law is a chef and loved to prepare meals in the large and beautiful space. Silvana, an excellent host, sure next summer we will again!

Carol's place is wonderful. The house is large, well maintained, comfortable and beautiful. It is very close to the beautiful Mariscal beach. It was a super special family weekend, and the house was certainly the highlight of our gathering. The outdoor area is a show of its own I recommend it to everyone and we will certainly be back. Carol was always very quick and kind in our exchanges of messages!!

Wonderful experience: beautiful house, everything clean and of high quality, and the pool, it's beyond words! Strategic location, with an almost private beach (on weekdays). Our stay was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful and super comfortable, with all the care in the details. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a show apart, providing incredible moments of relaxation. The atmosphere was so cozy that you didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back another time! Very nice place! Even on a rainy day, we were able to enjoy the pool and the landscape. A great getaway to relax and recharge. We love the experience and will definitely be back!
