We had a really perfect stay! The structure is cared for in every detail, cozy and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Breakfast was one of the best ever: plentiful, varied, and with fresh and quality products. It's a pleasure to start the day like this! A special thank you goes to Filippo, for his kindness, availability and attention to guests. Always present but never intrusive, it made us feel welcomed and pampered from the very beginning. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

Great rooms, exactly as described and in a perfect location. Minor maintenance needed in the bathroom, but otherwise everything is functional. We had a great time. Check-in in person and very friendly

Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Cipriano's place! Cipriano himself is a gem! He is kind, thoughtful, patient and very helpful. Communication was excellent with him! We could not have asked for a more welcoming host. We felt like we were part of his family and were touched by his consideration for us. Cipriano's home is lovely inside and out. Our room, "Calliope", was clean, roomy and had a wonderful ensuite bathroom complete with a claw-foot tub! The bed was comfortable and since the location is in more of a rural area, it was quiet and peaceful, making for a good night's sleep and lovely place to relax. The location was easy to find and makes a great base for day trips to San Leo, Rimini, Ravena and many other places. Cipriano provided a very good breakfast complete with homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit and of course great coffee! We really enjoyed our stay with Cipriano and his lovely wife....they are both a treasure! We felt blessed to stay with them! We would definitely like to return one day!

I found a family environment thanks to the kindness of Andrea and his brother I'll be back because it's in a good location for walking. It's reminiscent of 80s hotels, and the management is like being at home.

Gloria was super kind and helpful during our stay. The room (oatmeal) was bright and spacious, very clean and the location great. We got back so well Santarcangelo is wonderful. Our dog immediately settled in. Recommended.

We looooved Maria’s place and her hospitality and friendliness. She made us the best breakfast every morning! We enjoyed this place so much! It was our favorite Airbnb! The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Tiziano's b&b is a lovely place. My husband and I had a really relaxing two days. Impeccable cleanliness, everything is well-kept, comfortable bed, really nice pool, which, thanks to the beautiful weather, we took advantage of throughout the stay. Fantastic breakfast, with the option to choose between sweet and savory, not the usual packaged things, but everything fresh and genuine. Thanks also to his wife Ornella and daughter Chiara, a family that deserves success for the welcoming place they have been able to create and for the courtesy with which they know how to welcome their guests.

The arrival and getting to know each other were very warm. There were very delicious cakes and absolutely delicious fruits, as if freshly picked. The place was great and very clean. It's a correspondingly large apartment that met all our wishes. The highlight was of course the pool. What could be better than swimming a lap in the early morning, at lunchtime or late in the evening. Karl and his wife were very kind and accommodating. This is how my family and I imagine a vacation. Karl's home is also a great starting point for cultural activities, to Ravenna, Rimini or San Mareno. Thanks Karl!

A family-friendly and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast that was open for a long time. Close to public beach and nice walking paths by the sea. The room was great, the bed was nice! The AC worked well! The room was cleaned every day and we got new towels several times. Stayed at the hotel for six nights.

The stay at Piero's was perfect, nothing left to chance, from the beautiful place surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms (perfect!), to the friendliness and cordiality of Piero and his wife with whom we also "lost" ourselves in nice chats! Finally, when we woke up, we found a fantastic breakfast prepared by Piero's wife...homemade cakes and sweets for us! Thanks again, we'll definitely see you again!

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Fantastic stay. What a lovely space outside and inside. We had a beautiful day in Cervia on the beach and also a day at the pool. What tranquility! Enjoyed it. Within 20 minutes, you are in Ravenna where there are many restaurants and bars/clubs along the coastline. There we ate deliciously. Everything was perfect. Good bed and shower in spacious rooms. Breakfast served was fantastic. Very extensive and delicious! Giovanna is very helpful and friendly. Responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet.

A lovely place with tranquility and activity. Right at the beach. Beautiful terrace with lots of flowers. And a very hospitable Monica who helped us with everything. Highly recommend if you are in Rimini!!

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!

If you want to disconnect from everything and immerse yourself in nature, this place is for you! Giacomo and Daniela are super hosts. They'll make you feel welcomed as a family. If you have children, they will enjoy seeing the various animals ( from the turtle to the donkey). Grabbing blackberries and figs and eating them under the tree is an experience that remains in the heart. Try to believe!

Super clean, nice beds, nicely decorated rooms and a friendly family. Lovely sitting in the garden! And not to forget the breakfast.. deliciously home-made!
